Great service
Purchased a foam insert for a peli 1200 case. Found this company selling it cheaper than all other suppliers with free postage. Great communication throughout. Item was delivered well protected and a perfect fit for my case. Great customer service.

It is the first time I used this company to buy a product and I was very impressed. Communication was top notch right up until I received my item Delivery was next day via courier. Pricing was very competitive I felt like they want to give me a good deal which they did

Well this isn’t entirely your fault but…
Well this isn’t entirely your fault but my £8 item shipped to the USA cost me a small fortune.
Not only was the shipping £30 I was also stung with a further $35 in import and taxes.
I tried calling CVP to be met by a super rude lady on the phone who didn’t seem to want to help me but instead talked down to me and wouldn’t let me speak. Basically fobbing me off saying it wasn’t her problem and I need to speak with dhl. As I mentioned it’s not entirely CVP fault with all the added taxes, import duty and tariffs… but the lady’s telephone manner has put me off shopping with you in the future She was just so rude.
An £8 part/item actually cost me $85. Crazy. Lesson learnt.

Unfortunately, when shipping from the UK to the USA, import duties, tariffs, and taxes are set by US customs, and we don’t have any control over these additional costs. We completely understand how frustrating it must feel when an item ends up costing far more than expected once these charges are added.
We’re also sorry if the interaction with our team didn’t come across as supportive. Our colleague’s intention was to explain our processes and the limitations we face with customs charges, but we do take on board how important it is for this to be communicated with empathy as well as clarity.

Professional Service
I started using CVP after poor experience on certain online market places. There seems to be a number of counterfeit memory cards around. It is good to have a trusted supplier like CVP. Even though the cards I ordered weren’t in stock (I was aware of this at the point of purchase) the order was delivered quickly and the communication was great.
