Had a great discussion with David at CWH where he gave me good objective advice to help me decide on the type of survey I wanted doing. I then decided to get CWH to carry out the chosen survey and received a prompt report from Ben, the surveyor, who was also very happy to have a follow-up conversation by phone. I was really happy with the service provided.

A really professional service from start to finish. From the initial telephone conversation explaining the services offered to the agreed verbal conversation immediately after the inspection to the report itself everything was highly efficient and easy to understand. The service provided was detailed and organised. After the completion the report came through in a couple of days which was amazing. The report was thorough and detailed making our minds up not to purchase the property. Very happy with the detail we received. We had the level 2 survey and it was great.

They were able to accomodate us at quite short notice, and we were able to speak with the surveyor personally after he had conducted his report which was helpful.

Neil was excellent at communicating the information for the survey on the house I am buying. I am new to this process but he took the time to talk me through aspects of the survey and the searches that followed. I would highly recommend this company for their services.
