Communication was great. Quick response, and arranged level 2 survey within 2 weeks. Completed survey and report on time, which was very detailed. Very professional.

This was our second property survey carried out by CWH and both were completed within a week and the comprehensive report returned within 7 days
very happy with the results, saved us a lot of money on our first proposed purchase if we had gone ahead.

We got a comprehensive and informative survey which will save us £1000s. Property needs a new roof, so we are negotiating a reduction in purchase price.

Fast service from first contact to the delivery of the report. The surveyor was polite and thorough.

The Report that they produced on the property, we are hoping to buy, was very informative. Without it we would have been unaware of the actual amount of urgent work that actually needed doing to the property.
We paid for the ‘experts’ in their field to inspect the property and to produce reports.
These were sent, together with the survey, to the Sellers of the property, in order to renegotiate the selling price.
Highly recommend them.

Had a RICS survey carried out on a shared ownership property which was booked in within a week of enquiring. Everyone I spoke to was very helpful and polite. The evaluation lasts 3 months and after this time frame they carry out a desk top valuation should you require one at no extra charge. Would recommend the company for a RICS survey.
