Great service from start to delivery of bike

Staff were helpful and friendly over the phone, the bike came completely as expected and promptly. Only downside was that it didn't come with the appropriate Alan keys to assemble the handle bars and pedals but otherwise spot on. Thanks

Bought this bike and was led to believe it was fully serviced.Got the bike, the wheels were bent. So I had to spend £140.
The stem from frame to handlebars was cracked, extremely dangerous if i had of cycled on it, a further £50 to replace that.
A 10 speed cassette on a supposedly 11 gear bike. That and the chain had to be replaced. A further £60
Total cost of getting bike right £140+50+60+35(for proper service)
Total £285
Very disappointing when you are supposed to have received a fully serviced bike ready to go?????

Great guys and girls at UK Cycle Centre. Very helpful and accommodating. Very good pricing, especially on their approved used bikes.

Emailed ukcc 3times in the past 6days concerning misadvertised product purchased off them, no reply off them at all, taking matter further with ebay, wouldnt recomend to anyone

Rude customer care, when I called them with a problem they pied me off with a call back that didn't come and I had to phone back 3 time. When I did I was rudely told my problem didn't matter, subsequently am now waiting to return the bike to them.

Great speedy service. Bike was well packaged and as described.

I found UK Cycle Centre to be excellent. I ordered a second hand bike from them which arrived in a far better condition than suggested by the grading on their website. Unfortunately, it was a size too large, but Amy at UK Cycle Centre dealt with an exchange very efficiently. Although they did not have a suitable replacement used bike in stock, she managed to find a new bike (Kona Dew Deluxe) from the previous year's model range at a great price. The bike arrived promptly and rides very well. I fully recommend them.

Sent the wrong bike to start with. Returned it with no issues.
Couldnt send the bike i wanted due to an issue with the original listing, so got sent a new bike instead of an ex display the following week.
Overall happy with the experience and would recommend.
