Do NOT buy from this website, poor quality items and sizing completely untrue to size. When trying to return you can’t get hold of anybody, they are a totally ignorant company and clearly scammers.

Complete scammers, no response to support email and answer to telephone call on 07363097293 says "You have dialed an incorrect number".

Diabolical company please avoid at all cost utter SCAMMERS, they manage to delete all correspondence with them luckily enough i took screenshots of everything, ill let the bank deal with this company which when you search your orders apparently does not exist, maybe changed there name now but please read the reviews, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

If I could leave a minus stars grading, I would. As two of the previous reviewers have said, DO NOT USE this company. They're a bunch of crooks and scammers. Clothes arrived and are nothing like the picture on the website, are made of cheap and nasty material, and their sizing is completely wrong!! To make matters worse after four emails and two attempted calls, nobody is getting back to me on how I get a refund. They are breaking UK Law. The will ignore everyone until the refund/return window has expired. I am so livid.

I placed an order with this Dailoot on the 30th April. It took 2 weeks for the item to arrive.
When it did finally arrive it was scrunched up in a small package without labels and looked as though it had been worn.

Their returns policy states that you have to contact them at support@dailoot and request a refund . I sent several emails requesting a return and tried to call the number (which just rang out).

DO NOT use this company!!!

I wouldn’t touch this company with a barge pole they don’t reply to emails or answer the phone and their returns policy doesn’t exist
Clothes are poorly made and don’t fit properly
Overall very disappointing and a rubbish experience
