Could hardly hear the person on the…

Could hardly hear the person on the other end of the call, the background noise was so loud, was struggling to hear anything, it was like they were under water, apart from that went well

Lovely shop to many sofas to choose…

Lovely shop to many sofas to choose from, did end up eith my perfect sofa thanks to Elaine, she certainly knew her stuff very knowledgeable and guided me in the right direction, if your ever in Sofology in Straiton id certainly ask for Elaine

Parcel 5 days late

Parcel 5 days late, no info as to where the parcel was, no tracking system since fri, when i di put the ref number in said no item for that parcel, still waiting on another par el from jl both ordered at the same time but only one atrived 🙈

Would not use this company again

Would not use this company again, paid for next day delivery arrived 6 days later, had to order the part from another company called buyspares (which arrived 12hrs later excellent service) there is noway to speak to anyone from espares, lesson learned please read the reviews before using them

Thank you for your review.

I am sorry to hear the order did not arrive as expected.

At eSpares, we have a number of delivery options available including, standard, Tracked 48, next working day and Saturday delivery. On this occasion, the delivery option selected was Tracked 48 delivery option as opposed to next day which is as per the order confirmation sent via email.

As stated on our website, we aim to despatch orders placed on standard delivery between 1-3 working days after your order date and expect the item to be delivered within 5-7 working days after this.

If items are required urgently, we would advise customers to select one of the quicker delivery options at the checkout stage.

Unfortunately we do not have our own courier service, therefore rely on third party delivery companies to deliver parcels to our customers when expected. If there is a delay to the delivery of any items we will however do whatever we can to put it right for the customer.

A full delivery refund has now been issued as soon as we were made aware of the delivery delay. In addition to this we have also passed our comments on to Royal Mail.

Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused.
