Hi there,

We're sorry for the less than satisfactory experience you have had recently.

It seems that your order was getting prepared for shipment when it got damaged. Unfortunately it was the last unit available so our team had to cancel the shipping label that was created and sent a notification to our support team to reach out to you.

Due to a system error, the notification was not delivered to our support team so they were unaware of the situation. After looking into this for you, they identified the error and resolved it.

I assure you it was never our intention to mislead you. We're always happy to issue a full refund or a replacement depending on the situation and our policies.

Here at Daily High Club we are working harder than ever to get our boxes out the door and into yours!

Subscription box orders may take up to 15 business days to process. Non-Subscription orders may take up to 5 business days to process. You will receive shipping confirmation via email.

We are unable to provide a specific estimate as the shipping queue changes from month to month.

We're sorry for this unexpected shipping delay. We're unsure why your tracking isn't updating since we handed USPS the package on the 27th of Feb. Which would normally result in you getting your package around the 3-4th of March.

Our warehouse team will do their best to locate the package for you, if we are still unable to resolve this, we'll rush out a replacement!

Hi there,

We weren't able to locate your order or customer profile in our system to take a closer look.

Our subscription boxes ship based on the queue for each month. Though the order could be placed on the 1st of the month, it could ship on the 15th due to its placement in the queue.

For one-time purchases, orders ship within 1-3 business days except for the El Primo box of the current month which is tied to the shipping queue like subscription boxes.

The additional shipping fee does not affect processing speed, it only affects shipping speed once the carrier received your package.

If you think your order has taken longer than normal to ship out, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team and they will be more than happy to look into your case and escalate it if necessary.

Your order was placed successfully and one of the 2 orders has already shipped. The remaining item should ship before the weekend.

It seems there was a typo when you entered your email at checkout, you typed it up as ".con" instead of ".com"

We fixed it for you and resent the confirmation emails.

It seems that in the rush of processing, your box was missing an item. No worries, we've got a replacement in the system and will have it delivered ASAP.

Hi Alyvea,

We're sorry for the delay you're experiencing. You placed the order on December 19th, we had you package shipped out December 27th. Unfortunately we were unable to have the order sent out before Christmas.

Though the package was picked up by USPS on the 27th from our warehouse in NV, they did not scan it in their system until the 31st during transit in NJ. USPS have not added an estimate to the package delivery due to the high volume of packages being transported during this holiday season, but we believe your package should get delivered before the weekend.

You reached out to us on the 27th and our support team responded within 2 hours. On the 29th you requested refund and our team responded an hour later saying that since the package has been shipped, we can only process a refund after you refuse the delivery.

Are you not receiving our support emails? Please be sure to check your junk and promotions tab to avoid missing any of our correspondence.

It seems you missed our email back on the 27th of November, we've been waiting for your response to see how you would like to proceed.

Our boxes are subject to availability since we manufacture as much as we can to meet demand. Your box unfortunately didn't have a couple items and we had to replace them with other products.

We know how frustrating that is, but restocking these items depends on manufacturing times.

Our support team responded to your complaint with a recommended replacement, or if you would be willing to wait, we're going to be restocking the items we replaced in a few weeks (it's taking a little longer right now due to the holiday season)

We're looking forward to making sure you have a satisfactory DailyHighClub experience, going above and beyond is our norm.

Tried requesting for more information so we can look into this for you, but TrustPilot has a 3-day period and it seems you weren't able to provide the info within that timeframe.

Not to worry, our support team are always here to help.
If your package is marked as delivered but you are unable to find it, then it could have been left with a neighbor, or placed in a hidden spot so nobody would see it.

If you're still unable to find it, then it could have been stolen :(
Just send us a quick email at care@dailyhighclub.com to let us know that you did not receive the package and we'll get this fixed up right away.
