Everyone is so helpful and has the patience of a saint. Sent me a new piece when mine broke because of the post office. Nothing to do with them and they could have rightfully said no, and they ended up taking action anyways. They are amazing and have the greatest customer service.

They're kinda crooked. Had extremely deceptive listing that appears to be one thing but is actually just parts. And basically lead you along in email until they decide no won't take return despite package being unopened and untouched. All through shipping process assured me that I could return for refund soon as I got it tune changed. Stay away deceptive company

Glass made outta terrible quality and the quality control is ever worse because my stuff is off centred or unshaped properly. I canât remember what I or support said because itâs taken over a year for my email to be received. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE OR COMPANY AT ALL. Worth the hype
I have been a customer for a number of years now, so I have had to deal with their customer service. They are excellent people to work with. Prompt, courteous, and fully make the experience hassle free. As for their subscription service and website, everything runs smoothly except sometimes I do have trouble signing in or reviewing my account. I do hope changes or work can be done for that part of the site. If I would like, I may skip a month or gift it to someone else. They are imaginative and innovated in themes and supplies.
