Extremely efficient and very willing to accommodate my requirements!
I needed a whole empty flat cleaned ready for rental - Daily Poppins did an excellent job and speedily!
Jill went out of her way to sort this out for me and I am delighted

I have been using Jill and the Peterborough Daily Poppins team since I contacted them from abroad 8 years ago to see if I could get a cleaning service to throughly clean the house we had bought ready for moving in. Jill went out of her way to help during this time, and I have been a customer ever since. Jill and her team have been throughly reliable, friendly and professional. I would recommend them to anyone wishing to use a trustworthy, and dedicated cleaning service.

I have been delighted to secure daily Poppins to clean my home on a monthly basis, as I am disabled and cannot do this myself. They have been happy to do additional tasks when asked.
Today's team was Julie, Gemma and Alma and they have done an exceptionally thorough job and are a joy to have in the house.

I would be lost without Justine and the team of ladies who blitz my house every fortnight. They always do a very thorough job and as a busy working mum, having this attention to detail and quality clean is truly a great support to my household. Thanks again and keep up the great work!

We don’t know what we would do without Donna and Steph! They have never let us down, their standards have remained consistently high over two years and they have become friends. Would highly recommend.

I have just used Daily Poppins for the first time to do a one-off deep clean at my elderly Dad's house. Justine the manager was fantastic, able to give a quote over the phone (which was very reasonable) and booked for the clean to be done within just 10 days of my call. The girls that came were very 'on the ball', looked smart in their red uniforms, and very professional in their approach. The quality of the clean was excellent and they provided all their own products including hoover. I'm so pleased with the overall service that I have booked for regular smaller monthly cleans which up until now I have avoided due to my Dad having dementia and not wanting anyone to go in because he keeps it clean (which bless him is tidy and definitely not a clean LOL). Justine informed me that they are experienced in cleaning for people with dementia and managing these circumstances sensitively, including making the person a cup of tea etc!!! So based on the service so far I am going try this for the first time! I'm writing this review because such excellent service is hard to come by and is invaluable when you're time short, in my case juggling work, home and a parents care needs.

We have used Daily Poppins for three years or so. They never let us down and we always have the same two girls that are very thorough and reliable. I even got a call one morning they were due asking if they could come early in case we were not going to be in. We use the Reading Branch and Justine at base is always available by phone or email to help out or change bookings

Paid for 3 cleaners 440 minutes (7hrs 20minutes) which was not cheap for a full deep clean. They message a half an hr before the date and time they are due to arrive to say they can't do that day and need to do it tomorrow. I was very accommodating and said honestly that it would be difficult but I understand they were overbooked and would do what I could to accommodate. They choose the next day at 8am to show up. Next day 20 minutes after they are due to turn up I get a message saying they are stuck in traffic. I guess that happens to the best of us? 8:45 and still no sign of them and I had scheduled an app so I wouldn't be in their way so I had to leave. I arrive home at midday and they are already gone. It's clear someone came in and cleaned....but why are they gone? I moved the sofa, there's dirt underneath. The windows clearly aren't done. I check another room in case it's just one mistake. Only the things they had clearly moved and not put back were actually moved. Most large items were not moved for cleaning. Oven also was not cleaned. They also threw out some plastic plant leaves from a pot I had in one room.....why?? Why throw out anything like that that's clearly not rubbish? When I asked neighbours to try confirm how many cleaners were sent and get an idea how long they were there, no one had even seen the van. They must have been there and hour MAX, and certainly didn't arrive just after I left as they insisted! So I try to email the dirt pictures and politely ask when the rest of the job will be done and my email bounced? So they'd blocked me before ever contacting them?! You don't do that in anticipation unless you know what you did was wrong. I had used them before and they were great but they clearly haven't kept up that quality. It's not my place to assume whether it was a logistics errors, or the cleaners, or a manager, etc. All I can say for sure is I paid 3 times more for the service I actually received in the end and I will never use them again

I’ve used Daily Poppins Reading twice now and have been impressed both times. Compared to other cleaning companies I have used they are so much more thorough and both time have done a brilliant job.

Daily Poppins are very reliable. The cleaning is very efficient and thorough and the staff are well presented, considerate, polite and kind. Booking, payment and any necessary changes can easily be made on line or by phone.

Work has always been very satisfactory

Have been using Poppins for years, reliable service, friendly staff and they keep our house clean and tidy, no issues what so ever.

After 2 hours Natalia and her Polish team left my property sparkling?, spotless ? I don't know how to adequately describe the difference she and her team made. Congratulations to Daily Poppins. Incredible value for money. I will definitely use them again.

Agnes and the team at Daily Poppins are very thorough and efficient. The house is always immaculate after their visit. We’re very grateful for their flexibility when we’ve needed it too.

Angie and the team from Stamford have been cleaning my mum’s house for the last couple of years which we’ve been very pleased with. They are always very friendly and polite ensuring mum feels at ease when they are in the house. Members of the team don’t change very often which is great for mum. Would definitely recommend to friends.

First-class cleaners. House always looks sparkling when they have been. Would recommend them heartily.

Been using Justine and team in Reading since October last year for a fortnightly clean. Team are not always the same people but always polite, efficient and do a good job in the time. Flexible and reliable. They suit me!

I have a fortnightly clean and Daily Poppins ladies are the best. Always cheerful. Very efficient and thorough and leave my home spotless. My grateful thanks to all of Agnes’s team. I can’t praise them enough.

We have used the Stamford franchise element of this company for many years now and have always been very pleased with the standard, both cleaning and customer service. A big pat on the back for Angie who we can't praise too highly!
