I am so incredibly impressed with Daisy's customer service - not only are they contactable via Whatsapp, but George at Daisy responded so promptly, organising so politely a fresh anklet to be sent (under warranty which is also a super service). George has organised for the anklet to be delivered NDD and ahead of my holiday, so I can wear it then! Amazing customer service and amazing beautiful jewellery

I have a few pieces of Daisy jewellery which I absolutely love! But recently interacted with their customer services team for the first time and was overwhelmed by how lovely they are! The WhatsApp chat facility works really well and I spoke to an actual human being (George) who went out of their way to be incredibly kind and almost unbelievably helpful! I can’t say I’ve ever had a better customer services experience and can highly recommend Daisy London to anyone interested in high quality jewellery and fantastic service! A*

I hate to leave this review but I feel customers should be aware that this jewellery fades quite quickly. I have purchased 4 items from Daisy, a pair of earrings broke (gutted as I loved them), a bracelet I had had no longer than three months and that didn't come into contact with water, faded so quickly. I also have had the Estee Octagonal necklace for about a year and this has now stated to fade too. For the price the quality is not up to scratch. A shame really as the designs are right up my street, but I will not be buying from them again. Customer service has always been quick to respond and did offer me refunds on the broken earrings and and faded bracelet. Monica Vinader IMO is slightly more expensive in places but lasts a lot longer.

Having purchased numerous items of jewellery from Daisy over the years the service is always outstanding from quick delivery to replacing a stone which fell out of my bracelet with no hesitation! This is a one off as the other pieces are nearly 10 years old and I’ve worn them every day out on the farm! Daisy jewellery is beautiful and durable and stands the test of time, whilst still remaining timeless. I will definitely be buying more to add to the collection.

The product is perfect, and the customer service was also great. I do recommend the company.

My favourite jewellery brand. The quality and designs are excellent focusing on good quality materials at a great price. Daisy is much better than a more expensive and well known premium brand (in my opinion) that seems to use a lot of plating and coatings. This looks not to be the case at Daisy. I’m very particular with where I spend my money but based on the value for money and quality I’ve already purchased multiple times in a short period and will continue to do so based on my experience, the quality and the pricing as it is.
The customer service is also unrivalled. I’ve had the pleasure of speaking with George who has been patient, quick to respond and lovely to speak with and makes you feel right at the centre of the customer care experience, with personable conversation; George kindly helped me choose and find my ideal ring and has set a benchmark for customer service, for sure!

To start with, I have a few pieces of Daisy London jewellery and they are beautiful. But my main reason for this review is due to the amazing customer service! I had an issue with one of my orders so contacted via email. I had a very speedy response and George went above and beyond to resolve the issue straight away! Thank you!

Absolutely love Daisy London specifically the sterling silver collections, I do find the gold they use turns rose gold very quickly as opposed to yellow but I am obsessed with all their ring and earring styles, so unique!

I truly love Daisy Jewellery and have over 20 of their items which are wonderful. Their jewellery is incredibly well made and does not tarnish at all as long as you follow their care guidance. I have only ever had one issue which was when a couple of the pearls on a pearl ring came away from the ring. I contacted Daisy customer care to explain what had happened and that the ring was within their 2 year warranty period. Literally within an hour of contacting them I had received an email from one of their customer care team, apologising for the issue with the ring and letting me know they would be sending a replacement immediately. Now that is what I call great customer care. Daisy you rock and here's to many more years of wearing your beautiful jewellery.

I’ve bought a few items from Daisy London over the years and all but one have remained in perfect condition with absolutely no tarnishing. I recently got in touch with the customer services regarding a pair of earrings I bought over 2 years ago that were completely tarnished despite minimal wear. They couldn’t have been more helpful and although my warranty was over, they offered to replace them for me and I received these only a few days later! I would recommend Daisy London to everyone and continuously recommend it to friends!

Phenomenal customer service experience! I ordered two rings both the same size however one fit and the other didn’t. I emailed to query this and got a rapid response from George saying they will send me the next size up and it will be with me the next day, and they would also enclose a shipping label to send the ring that didn’t fit back to them. I felt like a valued customer and I am certainly a Daisy customer for life now!

I don’t think 5 stars it’s not enough for this review !! I’ve ordered custom made ring with my daughters middle name ! George assisted like a pro !! All customers experience has been absolutely amazing- I felt so valued as a customer - I haven’t felt this way for a very long time ! About the piece - when it arrived I was absolutely delighted and an a bit emotional- I think anyone who adores their jewels would understand. Thank you so much George and Daisy London for making my journey so easy and beautiful! 😍

I had an issue with a lovely piece of Jewellery and the customer service from George was faultless. They got back to me immediately and I had a replacement within days. I like Daisy Jewellery designs but that is not the only good thing as if ýou have an issue that needs sorting Daisy have shown they will help which goes along way. I have purchased a few items fro. Daisy for myself and as gifts and they are always wrapped nicely and you will be kept up to date with delivery etc. I amglad I got back to Daisy re a issue with one piece as it is a lovely piece of jewellery and there was no delay or difficulty organising a replacement thanks to George.

Great piece didnt last the best but still really lovely

I cannot fault Daisy London and just want to shout from the rooftops about how great they are. I came across them a few years ago and bought a couple of necklaces and bracelets that have always felt wonderful to wear. They're high quality and make a lovely sentimental gift. My opinion of them has increased tenfold over the last month though when I got in touch with their team as one of my chains had broken (I was cleaning it and had had the piece for 8 years). They were quick to respond, incredibly helpful and friendly and sorted the problem out with no issues. I've not had customer service like it before - just brilliant.

I love Daisy jewellery and have ordered many bits and pieces over the years. Only once did I have an issue with an order, but when I reached out to customer service they were so quick to rectify things and I received my order within a couple of days.
