I wrote to Daisy after a bracelet I received as a gift broke. I didn't have any of the order details/receipt as it was purchased in December, but they kindly ordered a replacement for me and were super prompt replying. Really appreciate that kind of service.

I love Daisy jewellery, their designs are stunning and their customer service is top notch. I've brought lots of bits over the past few years. They have quick postage, great sales and a 2 year warranty on products which is a big selling point.

I've had lots of positive conversations from George from the customer service team. He's been incredibly helpful and I'm really satisfied with their service. ☺️

Big fan of the Daisy London jewellery. Beautiful and timeless designs and fast EU delivery. Recently had an issue with a piece I purchased, reached out to the team per mail and they replied quickly and resolved the issue professionally and in such a friendly way. Adore the overall experience!

I have purchased many pieces of jewellery from Daisy over the years and love how easy it is to wear. I used WhatsApp to contact customer service regarding a query and I was extremely impressed with how responsive they were. It really helped having a log of our discussions so I could go back and check what had been said and agreed.

Every piece of jewellery I have had from Daisy has been so perfect and I love how you can wear numerous pieces at one time and it never looks too much! Thank you Daisy!!

I bought two pairs of earrings for my daughter for Christmas. She loves both of them very much. Unfortunately, one of the earrings was lost due to a clasp not closing securely. I reached out to Daisy London for replacement. They responded immediately and we’re happy to replace the lost item. I am impressed by their quick response and willingness to provide a replacement. I will definitely be shopping with them again!

Far from impressed with Daisy. Its expensive for jewellery that is not fit too wear. I won a voucher in a competition so picked a ring, ear cuff and 2prs earrings. Ear cuff broke 1st use, one pair of earrings the hole in the back is too big for the earring to stay in and the other pair look nice but snapped as put through ear on 1st wear. Binned them all. I do.not recommend Daisy

I was on the phone for about 45 minutes to a lady called Kaysee. Ive been ill my hands are swollen and I couldnt get my wedding ring or engagement ring on so was looking for something else. Kaysee helped me a lot very patient. No pressure to purchase. I picked out a ring paid and it arrived today Monday. I was on the phone Friday. Beautifully boxed package arrived. With a fabulous surprise. Thank you so much.
Included in the box was a hand written card from her as well and she even asked how my husband was as during the conversation I said he was quite ill. Dont normally leave feedbacks but Kaysee definitely deserves a gold star.

Great customer service from George when one of the links in the Singapore Layering Necklace I bought in January came apart. I just had to send over a photo and they arranged for a replacement to be sent out straightaway. Thank you again. :)

Very disappointed with my latest gift from daisy jewellery. I asked for a ring for my birthday, I wore the ring for a week and now it looks brown like a penny, the gold has all washed off. For the price you pay for their items I think you can buy something much better that will last longer.
Very disappointing, won’t be buying from the company again

I am genuinely blown away by the customer service. I don't typically leave reviews but in this case I had to. I ordered a beautiful jewellery box that had a slight mark on the top, and explained to the customer service team that I would like to have an exchange but not pay for reshipping costs.

The team were so responsive and got back to me straight away. They let me know that they could ship out a new jewellery box instantly (all I had to do was share a photo of my returns receipt) and they even said they would personally check the item to make sure it was intact before sending. They even shipped it out as next day delivery!

The whole experience has actually made me want to shop at the store even more. Such a great team!

I have purchased two sets of earrings and two necklaces over the past couple of years from Daisy. All four items are such lovely quality and arrived very quickly and beautifully packaged.
I experienced a small problem with one of the necklaces but was able to contact Daisy very easily. They were so kind and gifted me a replacement immediately. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Contacted Daisy after a recently bought chain broke. Thank you to George in customer services who was really efficient and a replacement chain was sent out within a day of first contact. Pleasant to deal with and you really felt that they take a lot of care with their customer service.

Just found out that all their jewellry comes with a two year warranty.
My bracelet was a gift and when I called to ask about their repair service, I was very pleasantly surprised at how easy and straightforward their process was. All I had to do was email a photo of the item along with contact/order detail followed by a quick reply letting me that a replacement is in it's way! Spoke to a lovely lady called George.
I was so happy and relieved as it was a very special birthday gift from my son. Please do not hesitate to purchase from Daisy. Beautifully made jewellry to a very high standard and with the same customer service!

Amazing customer service.I've had a chain for almost 2 years and it recently broke, so I contacted their customer service to see if it was still in warranty and whether I could have it replaced. They had one in the post for me the next day, I was so impressed by their service and willingness to help!

Needed a last-minute order for my wife’s 40th birthday and the Team, particularly George were absolutely incredible in going above and beyond and getting my order placed and customised within a quicker timeframe then I thought possible. They checked in every step of the way and helped me make my wife’s birthday extra special. On top of that the quality of the necklace and the packaging was 2nd to none. Could not recommend working with Daisy jewellery anymore really went above and beyond. Thanks so much
