I bought a bracelet for a friend and wanted one for my birthday. However, the gold came off after a few months and I contacted Daisy. I was helped so well and was immediately sent a new bracelet. They are very understanding, customer-friendly and approachable. That is nice because I would definitely recommend them to others and order something myself. Mistakes can always happen as long as they are resolved properly.

I emailed after our house got burgled and all of my jewellery was stolen including my favourite earrings from Daisy I bought last year, enquiring if they could check anywhere because they weren't on the website anymore. Unfortunately there wasn't any left but to my amazement they so kindly offered to send out any other similar earrings on the website for free. How amazing is that?! As someone who's had a pretty traumatic week experiencing the worst of people and no jewellery left, this really made my week at the niceness of this company. What amazing customer service with the most empathetic response to my situation, thank you so much again!

I only discovered Daisy jewellery last year when my daughter said she wanted a Daisy necklace for her 21st. So when I started searching I came across Daisy jewellery, no better place to get a Daisy necklace! My daughter wears it all the time, but about 2 months ago the chain bit caught on her jumper and it looked as if it might break. I called into a few local jewellers to see if they could do anything but they wouldn't touch it,as they said also it looked as if it would break. I decided to contact Daisy to see if they could fix it. George in Customer Services replied very quickly and said they would replace the necklace (I had sent photos of the necklace), To say I was surprised is an understatement. I really feel in Daisy they went above and beyond in their Customer service. My daughter can now wear her Daisy necklace again and she is delighted.I have bought my daughter and niece a ring this year from Daisy for their birthdays. It is now my go to website for jewellery presents. I can totally recommend Daisy. Thank you George( in Customer Services) for the quick replies and first class service

Beautiful products that arrived on time. I received the wrong item, and when I reached to customer service, they provided swift assistance, outstanding care and a timely solution.

We have always loved using Daisy Jewellery for purchases for our girls. This time, I bought a couple of bracelets for my wife’s birthday, and one came with the clasp not working as well as it should. I sent a picture and asked for advice, and the Daisy team immediately responded and sent me a replacement. The team are so customer focused, which is rare these days. Thank you team Daisy!!

I had to contact Daisy recently about a previous purchase and the customer service that I received from George was absolutely amazing. I can honestly say that I have never before experienced such incredible service. Emails were answered quickly and George really went out of his way to help me which went way beyond my expectations. Amazing customer service. I ordered a ring that wasn’t the right size and George from the customer service team, was most helpful on the phone, explaining the full process for return/swap. I then sent and email and heard back the same day. I had a new ring within four days. Jewellery is very pretty and has lovely styles.

I am a long time customer of Daisy and love their jewellery not only that their customer service is outstanding. So friendly and helpful, on the (rare) occasions I’ve had any issues they have resolved the issue quickly. Absolutely faultless customer service - if only all companies had customer service like this. George in particular has been a star!

The boxes are just beautiful. Please make the blue one again.

It's not often these days you have to ask where to leave feedback. I'm often bombarded to review mediocre service, however, on this occasion, I didn't receive any prompts, but was so happy with the quality of customer service that I asked how I could share my experience. Not only do Daisy sell lovely jewellery, but their customer service are so efficient and helpful, it really adds to the experience. George responded to, and resolved my issue (after accidentally ordering the wrong product!) quickly and efficiently. I 100% recommend, and will purchase again from Daisy Jewellery. Thank you!
