I ordered a part 4 months ago to italy.I payed maximum attention on putting all the details to be delivered. After a month i contact the carrier who says the address number is missing,so without any type of information by owner or carrier the package has automatically sent back.today i wrote dalys a message where i was asking about the package,their reply was litterally:do you still want the package?.i told them of course i want it because i paid for it.they say ok but you will have to pay the transport fee again.i was like you guys joking right?.they sayed it's not their fault that the details have not been put in correctly. When completing all the details for the package i put the address and number but for some reason on the bill only the address was mentioned and not the number.really disappointed,never gonna buy from this website again.
