The Chief Trust Officer at the organisation was extremely rude.
Not at all interested in helping. Assuming they are not interested in expanding their client base. Underlying attitude is very poor.

Great experience. They were quick to respond, knowledgeable and friendly. Would definitely use this service again

I did the BCS Foundation certificate in Data Protection with DPAS the course leader was very knowledgeable. It was a very thorough course perfect for my role as DPL.

DPAS give practical advice on GDPR. In a world where advisers are often risk averse and give advice that is belt and braces, DPAS instead make clear what the legislation is and practical advice on how to comply with the legislation while not killing the business.

I have attended a variety of DPAS training courses and have found them to be an excellent benefit to me as a delegate and my organisation. I like the option to have a training session specific to my organisation for up to 12 delegates. The training is the highest standard I have experienced in the last 10 years. The trainers are knowledgeable and engaging. I would say the training is worth the cost investment. Also the customer service is an excellent standard and very much appreciated.

I would whole heartedly recommend DPAS if your organisation was looking for data protection support. Their skills and expertise have put my mind at rest since 2018 by helping us stay on the right side of the data protection regulations.
