Nearly 10 years with this property management company, and the management is absolutely appalling.

Safa Iqbal is by far the worst agent we have dealt with — rude, arrogant, unhelpful and completely lacking in basic communication. Emergency repairs have taken months, emails are ignored, and we have had to chase the same issues countless times just to get anything done.

It clearly starts from the top. I complained directly to the branch manager, Wayne Treveil, and he couldn’t even be bothered to respond.

After almost a decade of this, there are no excuses. Ignoring tenants, failing to deal with repairs promptly and not responding to complaints is simply terrible property management. Avoid this management team.

I have been a tenant of a property managed by this estate agency for more than seven years. Unfortunately, over the past two years, I have been extremely disappointed with the level of service and, in particular, the way maintenance issues and concerns have been handled.

I have often had to send several emails and make repeated requests before any action is taken. Even then, the follow-up is often slow, inconsistent and lacks the level of responsibility and professionalism I would expect from a professional estate agency.

I am genuinely very unhappy and disappointed with the way some of my concerns have been handled. It has been extremely frustrating and, at times, quite upsetting and embarrassing to have to repeatedly chase for issues that should have been dealt with properly in the first place.

Unfortunately, some members of the agency team have shown very little follow-up or sense of responsibility. I sincerely hope the agency takes this feedback seriously and reviews the way these matters are being managed, as I would expect a much higher level of professionalism and care from an estate agency.

Great experience with David Astburys and Caterina from start to finish. Caterina was incredibly responsive during the viewing and pre-move-in process, arranged my viewing almost immediately, and was always happy to answer any questions.

Now that I’ve moved in, I can say I’m really happy with the new place and the whole experience. Everything was straightforward and stress-free, and Caterina was friendly, professional and a pleasure to deal with throughout.

Rahee has been very professional, efficient and helpful. He pre-empted a potential complication, resolved it, all the while being transparent and responsive to us as landlord and the tenant. Very high standard of work reflecting so well on David Astburys as a whole.

We gave David Astburys our house to rent for us. Yian was very quick to view the house and give us an estimate which we were very happy with. Then Bhavika took over and did the viewings, she always kept us up to date on how things were going, it didn’t take long for her to find us a suitable tenant. Finally Alejandra is now managing the place brilliantly,she is fast in finding solutions if the tenant has any concerns and she’s always keeping us in the loop as to how things are going.
