Worst company ….had not replaced my product nor given me a refund ….shame on them ….do not do business with them

This company is absolutely unprofessional. I ordered an executive chair for 189.00 and they sent me a chair that was dirty and damaged. When I sent them an email with pictures they had the audacity to offer 20 dollars and then 40 dollars. I have the pictures if you want to see them. This company is in China but they don’t advertise that so they can take your money.

Product was faulty and customer service is worst I wished I read the reviews before buying the product . They try not to replace the product by offering you very little money . Please don’t buy anything from them as Chinese companies are very good in selling defective products to the world

Do not believe the picture they show, the chair that I bought for $169 did not correspond to the picture, absolutely terrible in reality, and the massage is more like a vibration when my phone rings. I wrote to the custom service to which they replied I'll duplicate it now: Dear customer,
Sorry for keeping you waiting for a long time. If the product parts you received are not damaged, then this swivel chair has no quality problem.
The swivel chair with massage function will definitely have massage parts.
If you feel uncomfortable, you can buy a cushion and put it on the backrest. We can compensate you for 25 dollars.
If you want to return the goods, you will have to bear the shipping cost of the return.

Bought a massage office chair and the massage feature did not work. I am not getting any return calls or emails to return this hunk of junk that I paid $120 for. Do not buy!!! I wish I would have read the reviews!!!

Zero stars. This company is a scam. I got a $69.99 sofa cover and they want to compensate the cost with $15, that’s ridiculous and they kept asking if I wanted to keep the cover when I kept saying that I wanted to return it. Don’t give this company any money!

If I could give them a zero - I would! CHINESE SCAM - Barbie sized furniture... NO RETURNS even though it says they will return - DO NOT BUY FROM THEIR WEBSITE - Surely the Internet Police could take them down! I'm stuck with a $200 piece of crap -

What a scam!! Do not buy anything from this company. The products do not match the pictures. The quality of the material is horrendous and the customer service is awful. They will not accept any returns or full refunds. Very unprofessional.

Zero stars. Sent me a PINK chair when I ordered light brown!! The massage part is literally just a buzzer under cheap fabric. When i asked to return it, they kept saying no and offered me $15 then $25 to keep it. Then they said i would have to pay to ship it back since there was nothing mechanically wrong with it. I was asked to send them a picture. I never took it out of the box. They still said no. Unbelievable and cheap. I painted it the color i wanted...thiz site needs shut down.

Poor quality products and horrible customer service.

I’ve been trying to get a refund for several days and am experiencing the same issues as other customers. They’re offering me $15 compensation for a $160 chair and insist that if the chair is not broken that I should just use it.

This company is a joke. I received a damaged item and they refuse to let me return it, replace it, or refund me. They kept trying to give me a scratch repair cream, when I told them multiple times the item had a dent (not a scratch). They are based in China, so it takes at least 24 hrs for them to get back to you each time. Not to mention, the desk I received is terrible quality. One of the shelves did not have the proper holes drilled into it so it sat at a 45 degree angle- how is this useful to store anything on? Now I am stuck with a damaged and poor quality $200 desk. Do yourself a favor and do not buy from them.

And this is my first ever writing a review.
I ordered a white chair when he came it was off-white/yellow I emailed them stating them that it was the incorrect color- they acknowledged it I had been an off white/ yellow. I asked for return information all they sent me was a picture of the white chair .
Next contact was again 24 hours later requesting to return/ exchange and they made offer of $15 for compensation. I again emailed them and declined their offer. I paid $170 for the chair that wasn’t the greatest chair that I expected meanwhile, yes it takes 24 hours to get a Response. I googled trying to find an address or phone number some thing to contact them and all I could find was the customer service email.
Site showed that they came from California but really, yes it is from China, had I known I would not have purchased it. Their site says that you need a return number inorder to return. I am still waiting to see what’s next. I did offer to return it and buy the white one I originally ordered hoping to get them to respond. Then I just found these reviews. I will donate the chair to a local shelter. I would not want someone to have to pay for it even in a thrift store. Lesson learned do not buy from this website

If I could give them zero stars I would. My boyfriend bought me a desk for $160. When it arrived we found that the material was cheap and damaged, we didn't have all the hardware needed and the instructions were all in Chinese. We were extremely disappointed. When we tried to return it, they kept bargaining with us and tried to offer us $30. We continued to push back until they told us the most they would refund us was $60 or they would ship the damaged parts to us. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Don't waste your money. Read the reviews before you make a decision.

The experience is great! I bought a pink chair from here, and I have been sitting there for half a month, and it has been like the beginning, a great shopping experience!

Do not buy from this company in China. I ordered a beautiful white leather desk chair and paid $199.00. O didn't realize they were in China so had to wait weeks to receive it. Of Course, I had to assemble the chair, it was okay but not as nice as pictured. Then I sat in it about 3 days and it was not as comfortable as I hoped and expected. then on 4th day I sat down and started to roll up to my desk, ONE OF THE WHEELS BROKE, the metal joint broke! I can't find a return site. They said contact us, but I have been able to access, I am so upset. stuck with unusable $199 chair!

They are a scam and do not honor any return policies. They try to bargain with you. I purchased a rug which ended up not being a rug but a floor mat for $170 and they offered to give me $20.

Warning!!! Please Do Not purchase from this customer. I purchased a office chair from them. I received the chair in a timely manner. The instructions on how to put the chair together is fairly simple. I had no issue in following the directions. Here's my issue. The chair smells really bad. I'm mean almost like a strong fishy smell. Next, i put the chair together and sat it. I can tell immediately the seat cushion is not comfortable. I sat in it for one day and by butt was hurting. The massager works fine.
I decided that i would like to return the chair. I emailed the contact email asking for a return. I received a response that stated,
1. "Could it be an installation problem?"
2. "We can compensate you for the loss of $5."
I'm not sure how the installation of the chair and the manufacturing of a seat cushion would cause the chair to not be uncomfortable. Whatever is installed in the cushion it feels flat.
I wish i could attach a picture of the chair. It looks nice but not comfortable.
