Awful product, customer service refuses to return
Received office chair, it is WILDLY uncomfortable and poorly constructed. After following instructions and making many, many adjustments, it does not sit square and customer service is giving the runaround about returns and refusing to take ownership over the poor quality of the product, despite promises otherwise on the website.
They are located in China so every email interaction takes at least 24 hours to complete and we have provided many pictures of the issue with the product and they are now saying we will have to pay for return shipping even though the issue with the product is their fault.
