Thank you for sharing this – and I’m sorry you’ve had such a frustrating experience with the KYC photo capture.

We use a regulated third-party KYC provider, and while the process normally works smoothly, it clearly hasn’t in your case. A few things that usually help are: using a smartphone with a good-quality camera, taking the photos in good lighting, making sure all four corners of the document are clearly visible, and taking a live selfie rather than a photo of a photo.
