Had a lovely lady called Carita, she made me feel so at ease and really was sympathetic with my whole situation and never judged me or made me feel like I'd failed in any way. It is such a big step to make that decision to deal with your debt and to know that you can open up to someone without them judging you is such a weight lifted. I would urge anyone that is struggling to make the decision to go today. Trust me, was the best thing I've done in 2 yrs.

David was my debt advisor and from the start to the finish he was so helpful. I am so grateful for this service.

I just recieved news from shabana that my dro application has been approved .i am just so gratefull to this young lady for all her hard work she has gone above and beyond to help me and my young daughter. I will be able to sleep tonight without fear of a ballif banging on my door for the 1st time in ages...thankyou so mutch shabana and god bless you!!!

I recieved a 20 min phone call yesterday evening. Absolutely no help. Form E (Financial Remedy) is what I was having trouble understanding. I was not entirely sure on the terminology that was being used. Hence why I needed help. I explained that I could not afford to represent my self in court and was expecting some links or numbers that I could use to help me. I said to the lady that I think the process is unfair, gave my reasons. She said it was not unfair and that is the process. I took nothing away from my call, except that she was not interested in finding a solution that might help me. I explained that I was not served court papers to attend and was only given 7 days notice to fill in the form. I attended the Family Court and because I did not fill in Form E the Judge along with the applicants client issued me with a £2000 penalty. For what? Apparently this is fair. I explained that I was in debt. I said that 7 days is not enough time. No empathy shown. Cold and insensitive. What I have learnt, its all about how much money one can make out of someone's problems.

Maybe she was having a bad day. She informed me that she was a volunteer. I'm not sure if that was her way to say, I'm lucky that I'm talking to her in the first place. Life is tough already. Being nice goes a long way.
