Great product !

Their coats are gorgeous and I did my research – if you're after a high-blend wool coat – you'll be hard-pressed to find something more affordable.

The product we received wasn't quite the quality I was expecting, which judging by the reviews is quite an anomaly. However, the customer service team were incredibly responsive and worked out how to arrange a refund for me since at the time I couldn't consider an exchange. In time, I would definitely consider them again.

This is a beautiful coat. I love the soft and warm combination of wool, cashmere and polyester. A very small gripe: I like to put my hands in my pockets and these pockets are not quite right, I would have preferred them on an angle and slightly more to the side. Size-wise, I am a 10-12 and ordered the 12. With a thick jumper it is a very snug fit, so if you like layers underneath, I definitely recommend you size up. Otherwise, it is a lovely coat.

Since placing the order nothing has been delivered and no emails to say its even on its way. Terrible service and feel I have been scammed!!

I'm now lowering my 2 star review on Dec 12th to a 1 star, as I still don't have one of the 2 coats I ordered on December 1st!! After lots of emails and a whole load of frustration I can't get an sensible information out of this company. Such a shame, as the coats are lovely but the service is awful. I honestly now have no idea if I'm actually getting the second coat or not! I've asked lots of times, and it's still in stock on the site - but I'm still waiting, 6 weeks later ...... (the cold weather will be over by the time I get it - if I ever do!)

Ordered long coat just before Christmas product arrived just before Christmas so considering the chaos at this time of the year I thought if it arrives after Christmas it’s my own fault for leaving the order to the last minuet. The coat is light weight but warm and wind proof My wife likes it and looks very elegant with it on.so a happy customer

Bad service, more than 20 days left, and i haven't received my order yet, I contact the support, but no one replied me!

Item didn’t arrive on time. When I tried to return it I was told I was out of the 14 day returns policy. Order was not received until the 13.12.23 and I attempted to return it on the 19th, well within their time scales but they seem to have commenced the return period from the date of despatch. Not funny! I will be returning the product to them anyway, as the product is of a very poor quality but seems criminal to put in the bin.

I was not familiar with this site, but I found it while searching the internet for a quality, traditional pea coat style. Their photos seemed to fit the bill and despite my reservations about ordering internationally, I kept coming back to it. Since the site seemed to have all the signs of being legitimate and the jacket itself was described and photographed well, I took a leap and purchased during the Black Friday sale. No regrets!!
It did take a while to arrive in the US from the U.K. (roughly 3 wks), but I expected that. The jacket itself is really lovely, even nicer than expected and exactly as described. The plaid collar trim is so cute, and the construction and materials are high quality. I am a US 8/10 petite and the UK size 14 fits me well. I might’ve been able to go up a size - the fit is pretty slim and I had hoped it would be boxier, but it still looks nice and buttons easily over a light sweater. Just depends what your fit preference is (I like things looser). The wool itself isn’t the softest, even with the added cashmere, but that’s a true pea coat for you, and as long as I have a soft scarf to shield my neck it will be fine and may soften with use and time. The wool is thick and will definitely be warm. I can’t wait to wear it! Thank you!

I am really disappointed with De la Creme. Firstly, it took a while for my order to even be dispatched. Then shortly after ordering it, my item was reduced by half price. As they hadn't even processed it, I emailed to ask to cancel it so I could re-order it to get the discount. I was told this wasn't necessary as all I would have to do was to let them know I was happy with it when it arrived, and then they would reimburse the discount. It has been over a week since it arrived, I have now emailed THREE times to receive the promised reimbursement and my emails are being ignored. Had this not been a gift for someone I would return it but this was a last resort and I don't fancy being charged the £5 returns fee and no doubt other postage charges on top of that. Unfortunately, I would not shop with them again.
*Update: I have eventually received a reply and now I am being told they will refund the discount once I have left a 5 star review. I have no words!

Terrible service. First time order was too small, i ordered then a bigger size and it was the same size. the scale at the post office even showed it was way lighter than the first coat. So i returned this item as well and paid a total of 87 Euro for the shipping cost and customs. I wanted a refund for this as well. At least for the second item, which was their fault, They lied to me, saying Etsy doens't allow them to refund shipping cost. I talked to Etsy and they were great. They told me De la Creme can and should refund me the shipping cost, they said they should pay me the full 87 euro. De la Creme than ignored me. Doens't reply any more. They are a disgrace. A scam. Not worthy of your money

I bought a coat on line , in 2 days i received a email that De La Creme cancelled my order. Thiught on line this coat is still available.
Poor customer service

I purchased a coat on that website, absolutely delighted with the item! It looks wonderful, fabric is great quality and it's very warm for winter. Plus it's made in the UK for a very affordable price, which is brilliant. I had a lot of compliments on it! Would definitely recommend the website.

I am only rating 4 stars as I had delivery issues. I am living in Ireland (Dublin), the item was sent back twice to the UK before I could receive it (stuck in custom for insufficient forms added to the parcel from the sender). It took 2 months to get it delivered. Customer service was reactive though, and finally picked DPD to get my parcel delivered, which managed to pass the customs. If you're living in the Republic of Ireland, maybe request a DPD delivery. I still consider buying on the website at some point despite this issue as the items are great.

Jay has been brilliant and the service has been very good. The coats received are absolutely lovely and good quality.
