The coat is lovely, better than I expected and the delivery time was good too.
The only problem I have is with communication, if they sorted that it would be a 5 star review

De La Crème sent out a lovely coat
De La Crème sent out a lovely coat, however it was it was a bit too small when I added layers of jumpers. De la crème was able to accommodate me and send out a new one just in time for Xmas. The coats quality isn’t great and it looks identical to the pictures. Will be shopping here again.

Warm coat, great service
Got a great, warm coat, but had to return it in the first instance for a different size. The exchange policy was pretty seamless so very happy to go with De La Creme in the future.

Due to current covid-19 safety restrictions we are running a limited workforce so delays in order and message processing is expected. We have mentioned this on our website on 2 occasions. However we still endeavour to get all our customer's orders processed and safely and swiftly as possible. A happy 1st time Canadian purchaser!!!!! Order came on time as promised with excellent tracking feedback. Love the Royal Blue colour of my new coat. It's well sewn and lined.
