Refer to my Order #245282 they have supplied me nearby expiry medicated cream, Even though as per your online mentioned policy, they are suppose to collect return the nearby expiry supplied product.
Instead of collect return they approved 50% refund value!
In future i will never buy any thing from Dermatic.in.

Apparently Dermatics.in and Clinikally are same companies. I ordered from Dermatics and order details got merged with clinikally. I received a product with seal open both on the tube and its cover. They had sent me fake product but the customer service is even more pathetic. They are a huge let down. They are not ready to address the concern despite of sharing images and videos of product showing batch number and other products details. They will only consider the unboxing videos. I usually dont make unboxing videos because it never occurred to me that its they sell products that are not legit. And the customer care rep was so rude and impolite. Please check if your product is listed elsewhere and order from there to avoid such hassle. Its worth paying few extra amount rather than wasting time and money on such unprofessional people.

Hi Order #231033 arrived the destination town on 16th june. and it was not delivered to me till date. You have no idea regarding the matter and your delivery partner did not contacted me. You cannot either know the whereabouts of parcel and even the phone number of the delivery agent. I have already paid you in advance online. But you know nothing about the status of parcel and refund of my amount. The company cheated me. I lost my money. I complained dermatics.in through email and phone, but they not responded. very bad...pathetic service guys please I recommended do not pay online to this company it is completely fraud company. delivery person come at your location if you are not there then do not provide otp. pathetic customer service they don't know exactly customer value kya lag raha hai aise paise kha kar company grow kar loge. I curse you , you never grown up stupid peoples

I have received a broken seal product which is even leaking, & they are not at all listening.. saying it is minor transport damage, where as it is very apparent that the original seal was broken & cello tape over and over was stick on it

They are fraudulent website. I didn't got my serum delivered. They will fool you..

I was searching for aziclear serum as my dermatology doctor suggest, and I found this website firstly I was unsure so I order COD and finally I received order recently and the quality was amazed and I was surprised that the price was lowest on the internet.

I received a counterfeit Glyco-12 cream from Dermatics.in under Order ID 206818. The product they sent has a license number '300', whereas the genuine product carries the license number KTK/25/49/67. It is evident that they are manufacturing and distributing fake products by closely imitating the original packaging.

This is a serious violation, as such counterfeit items can pose severe health risks, including the potential to cause skin cancer. Dermatics.in's conduct is highly untrustworthy and fraudulent.

Despite emailing them about the issue, I only received a dismissive response claiming the product is "original." They have since ignored my calls and further messages. I have also contacted the original manufacturer, Micro Labs Limited, who confirmed that they are initiating legal action against Dermatics.in.

I urge immediate attention to this matter to prevent further harm to consumers.

They don't have an option to update or change the mobile number in the order. I came to India for 10 days and ordered some products online on dermatics.in giving my local number. Since the order was late I couldn't collect this while in India hence I wanted to update the phone number to my father phone but they are saying it cannot be.

I had ordered minichek minoxidil and made payment online but the product is not delivered to me executive delivery said that I refused to accept parcel in a message but rather i hadn't received any call from either executive person nor from courier boy or else

These guys are bloody thieves. I have made a payment of 995/- rupees on 27th March for Mintop. My order id is #191635. I have an screenshot of confirmation.
Now they say they cann't find my order id.
I am going to launch an FIR.

I ordered mintop 5% ready cash from them for 899 rupees. When my delivery boy handed it over to me, I opened it near them to feel the weightlessness. Couldn't take the opening video as I was outside. The seal on the bottle was shaken and empty, but if the seal is there, it won't leak even if the lid is opened. They even wanted an opening video when they complained. Buyers can only buy through cod. Otherwise you will be cheated. my Experience
