We also want to take this opportunity to share more about ENTRE Explorer, our comprehensive offer designed to provide ongoing support and resources for entrepreneurs like yourself. In addition to our Accelerator level curriculum, ENTRE Explorer offers a variety of live calls, including weekly Live Expert Calls with ENTRE's Coaches or Course Instructors, as well as Live Masterclasses. Furthermore, ENTRE Explorer includes Mastery level curriculum, allowing individuals to continue their growth journey beyond the Accelerator level.

Our purchase agreements, which include detailed information regarding our refund policy, must be signed by both parties before moving forward with the purchase. We aim to ensure transparency in all our dealings, and we understand that clarity regarding the terms is essential.

As outlined in the agreement that was signed, our refund policy stipulates that refunds can only be processed within a 15-day window from the date of purchase. In reference to your mention of 90 days, the Double Your Money Back Guarantee is a separate policy that is also outlined in the purchase agreement and has specific terms and conditions that must be met to qualify for a refund within a 90 to 180-day timeframe from purchase. One of those requirements is that the purchase must be made in full before requesting to enact the policy. While we understand your desire for a refund, we uphold the policies outlined in the agreement to ensure fairness and consistency for all our members.

Hi Richard, first and foremost, we want to express our gratitude for your feedback and for the insight you've shared from your extensive experience as a business owner. Your perspective is incredibly valuable to us, and we take your thoughts on our coaching model seriously. At ENTRE Institute, we pride ourselves on delivering a curriculum that is not only valuable but transformative for our students. Hearing that you recognize the value in our curriculum is affirming, yet we understand that your experience with our coaching aspect has left room for improvement.

The analogy with Amazon's customer service and the comparison to the accessibility of professors in a college setting underscore a crucial point: the importance of timely and personal interaction in a learning environment. We agree that while videos and digital content play a significant role in learning, they cannot entirely replace the effectiveness of live coaching sessions. In addition to the weekly group coaching sessions and available 1:1's with the coach, our coaching program also includes unlimited access to weekly live office hours sessions with our tech geniuses and we intentionally have multiple sessions throughout the week, including weekends, to accommodate most schedules.

We are continuously working on enhancing our coaching model in addition to all of our offerings and your feedback is instrumental in this process and will be considered closely as we strive to further enhance our students' experience.

Furthermore, we are always looking for ways to foster a more engaging and supportive community where students can also learn from each other, alongside formal coaching sessions. We believe in the power of community learning and peer support as complementary to the structured coaching we provide.
