Very dangerous place you will be mutilated.

I had such an amazing experience at DB. It was my first time having cosmetic surgery, it all went so smoothly. All the staff have been so lovely and helpful since the beginning of the journey. The location is beautiful and I had a fantastic holiday in Thailand throughout the process. Impeccable service from hotel staff, nurses, reception and specialist. I am especially happy with the results, I genuinely don’t think it could’ve been better. Dr K was fantastic, he was honest, helpful, attentive and genuine in addition to his expertise. Personally, I’d say excellent value for money. Overall, wonderful experience I’d highly recommend to anyone.

I had a tummy tuck and liposuction at Destination Beauty with Dr Angkana in May of 2026 and it changed my life for the better. I feel confident in my body and finally love what I see. The whole team were amazing, the hospital was incredible and clean and my stay was comfortable and easy. The hotel was beautiful and the staff were absolutely incredible, the doormen were so sweet and always said hello and wanted to help. They picked me up and dropped me off to everything and the staff were so attentive. I had the most incredible experience and something I will remember fondly.

Dr. Suprakit (Dr. Eddy) is an exceptionally skilled surgeon, and I couldn’t be happier with my results. From my very first consultation, he explained every step of the procedure clearly, answered all of my questions with patience, and made me feel completely confident in my decision.

His follow-up care was outstanding, and I always felt supported throughout my recovery. It’s obvious that he genuinely cares about his patients and takes great pride in his work. My results have exceeded my expectations, and I am so grateful for his expertise, professionalism, and kindness. I would highly recommend Dr. Eddy to anyone considering surgery.

Where do I start?
I had pre existing 400cc dual plane implants (done elsewhere 9years prior) that I wanted “ revising” because they sat too wide ( placement was weird) and were too big. Over the years my areolas had stretched out and I was very self conscious of this as they sometimes peeped out in low cut tops etc. I was very clear I wanted them made smaller than normal, ( because I know they’ll stretch as boobs drop) and prettier. I was VERY thorough in my requests and was told by my DB rep that the surgeon was very aware of what I wanted and is very experienced. He knew I wanted to go a whole size smaller and after seeing my pics/video suggested a “ revision including an areola reduction”.
I didn’t see the Dr until maybe an hour before my surgery ( which kept getting pushed back later and later into the evening!) where he told me I had two options. A or B, but B was the best option in his expert opinion. He said no to my request for 300cc implants and said 350cc would be better with the areolas being made smaller via a breast lift. There was no mention of B costing more, until I said “B please” and they whipped out an eftpos machine and tried charging me nz$3.5k more. As I had already paid prior to arriving , I thought what he was offering was simply different techniques to get the same outcome. Nope. I had to pay more! Well as you can imagine I was stressed out, in tears and confused because I didn’t have an extra $3.5 k available! Of course I wanted the best option ( in his expert opinion) so all I could do was negotiate on the price! They said ok we can do it for $2k and told me it was a huge favour, I should be very grateful and to keep it quiet!
Please note, this change also meant I had to stay in hospital an extra 2 nights and threw all my confirmed dentistry plans, return flights and plans out the window, costing me $3k more
( to change flights, lengthen my stay - take more leave, and find extra accomodation!
It wasn’t until midnight that I was wheeled down to pre op. The dr wasn't even in scrubs yet and as he walked past I asked “ I hope you’re not too tired for this” and he just laughed.
I was then taken into a pre surgical room where they secure your arms and betadine wash your chest. Here I became a bit worried as I noticed a few ladies ( in civilian clothes and crocs on) walk through pre op, texting on their phones ( so much for a clean and sterile environment!) Then, a lady who I hadn’t been introduced to simply leaned over me and said “ this is going to hurt!” . She pushed the anaesthetic into my line so hard, I went under in lots of pain thinking my arm was being cut off!
When I woke I had no compression gear on and a few days later noticed a weird flap of skin stitched into in my suture line. This was not my first rodeo, so I knew it wasn’t right. I pointed this out and had to argue my case to get the Dr to remove it under local. They then charged me $500 nzd for that!
Fast forward to when I got home. Once the swelling has gone down, I noticed the breast implants still sat VERY wide and I had animation deformity. I also had old areola skin stitched into the vertical lift scar making my new areola look like a tadpole! The more time went on, the more I realised the dr hadn’t revised my breast at all. He simply changed the size and took 10 grams of skin off each boob. There was no revision or re dissection of the dual plane, no tightening of the pocket. No actual revision! So now I have implants that sit too low, slide into my underarms, move oddly when I raise my arms and distort big time. So I still can’t wear low cut tops!!!!
I tried to write a review on here back in 2025 and it was removed. So then, I started looking negative stories and oddly couldn’t find anything.
This alarmed me, surely the public need to see both to make an informed choice?!
I tried to help other women by starting a private group on FB where patients could give their true accounts good or bad. Aftr that I was sent threatening letters saying I was defaming them and conspiring against them ( that’s another long story but should tell you something about them!)
I think I’ve emailed DB 2 x emails per month over the last year and never once had the Dr contact me personally or deal with my concerns. The customer experience manager told me he said they “ look beautiful” and maybe I should have gone over the muscle instead…
I can’t go over the muscle as I have very thin skin and little breast tissue. All Drs I’ve spoken to have said this.
So up until July 2026 I’ve been trying to get them to help me and I’ve just been strung along.
Then in July this year ( around the time DB realised they’d be featured on 60 minutes) I received an email saying another Dr could maybe do a revision- to basically do all the things that should have been done to start with!! I’m so sad. Their solution is for me to pay more to go back and have more surgery with a company I no longer trust. I want a refund!

Everything was so well organised, professional and personal. They were very thorough in pre-op checks both in Australia and Thailand. I felt very supported throughout the time I was there. Dr Ring addressed all my questions, was honest, and delivered a wonderful result. I was very happy with the whole experience and my results.

I cannot recommend Destination Beauty highly enough. This was my second visit to Bangkok for cosmetic surgery with them, and once again they exceeded every expectation.

Over my two visits I have had a neck lift, temporal lift, mid-face lift, under-eye surgery, and an endoscopic brow lift. Every step of the journey was handled with absolute professionalism, care, and attention to detail. From the initial consultation through to my recovery, I always felt safe, informed, and genuinely cared for.

I want to give a very special mention to Head Nurse Aom. She is not only a beautiful person inside and out, but her knowledge, honesty, and experience are exceptional. She actually advised me to change one of the procedures I had originally planned because she believed a different approach would achieve a better result. I trusted her advice, and she was absolutely right. Looking back, it was one of the best decisions I could have made, and I am beyond grateful for her guidance.

The results have honestly exceeded my expectations. I look refreshed, natural, and so much more confident. Friends and family have commented on how amazing I look without being able to pinpoint exactly what has changed—which is exactly what I was hoping for.

Choosing to travel all the way to Thailand for my surgeries was a very big and emotional decision for me. I was excited, but I was also nervous and had so many questions along the way. Looking back now, I am incredibly grateful that I chose Destination Beauty.

My whole experience from beginning to end was so easy, going on my own I thought would be scary as I’ve never been to this country as well as going for surgery, The Destination Beauty team were all so lovely from being picked up at the airport to even back at the hotel, where a letter was placed under your door with appointment times for the shuttle bus, talking with other patients at the hotel and on the bus made you feel so supported, everyone is going through what you are. Dr Ring did an amazing job and all hospital staff were lovely, after one week home a booked another visit back to have another area done, so excited about this.

Dont believe the shock jocks. I had gastric sleeve surgery with destination beauty in 2024, it was easy, and painless and half the cost I was originally quoted from a local surgeon.

And so when decided to look into breaust augmentation it was an easy decision.

I just got back from Thailand about 3 weeks ago. My breasts look amazing, thanks to dr ring. I wish I could walk around topless! Im so happy with them. I also had a neck lift to get rid of my turkey neck.

Recovery wasnt much fun, but it was uncomplicated, quick, and worth it. And my wounds are mostly healed already.

The booking process, pre travel support, hotel transfers, the hotel itself, the breakfast buffet, the hospital, the staff, the hotel tours, the after care, the other patients you get to meet.. all of it was was pretty amazing.

If I had to complain about anything, it was maybe the waiting around at the hospital. Because one thing was true on that awful 60 mins episode (witch hunt)- dr ring does seem to start work at very odd hours. My surgeries started around 1am and I was pretty bored waiting.
But I guess when your in demand you can pick and choose your own hours.

Great communication from the initial enquiry through to the aftercare of the surgery. The process was seamless and easy all the staff from the beginning enquiry, the hotel, the nurses, the destination beauty team and the surgeon were great and I can not fault my experience.

I have just completed four different surgeries with destination beauty. I was treated with warm and totally transparency. The company had my every moment organised and prepared for me. My husband was a former client of Destination Beauty 15 years ago. He did lower bleph surgery and full dental works.
He still look fabulous! And he recommended me to the clinic when I considered breast surgery.

I travelled from Melbourne, Australia to Bangkok for my breast augmentation and lift with Dr. Tawan Pulpinyo, arranged through Destination Beauty, and I genuinely could not be happier with the entire experience.

From the beginning, Destination Beauty made the whole process incredibly easy. Mae was fantastic at coordinating everything! Consult, assessment, answering my many questions, helping with the arrangements and making me feel completely looked after throughout the journey. Nothing ever felt disorganised, and having a team coordinating everything while I was travelling internationally gave me so much peace of mind. She also responded to my messages outside of her working hours!

Dr. Tawan was everything I hoped for in a surgeon. During my consult, he listened carefully to what I wanted, assessed my proportions and existing tissue, and explained the options honestly. I originally hoped for 350cc, but during surgery he selected 325cc because that was the safest and most appropriate size for my tissues. Although I was initially a little disappointed not to get the 350cc, I now absolutely love the result and understand why he made that decision. The profile and shape are beautiful and very natural.

The surgery was a long procedure, and I stayed overnight in ICU before returning to my private room. My experience at Ruamjairak Hospital was honestly exceptional. The private room, facilities, nursing care and level of attention were world-class.
The staff of nurses was absolutely wonderful. Their care, patience and kindness during those first difficult days of recovery meant so much to me. They were attentive during my dressing changes, checked my wounds carefully and always made me feel reassured.
I can genuinely say that the level of comfort and personalised care I received here was far superior to anything I have personally experienced in Melbourne and even Singapore! I felt incredibly well looked after throughout my admission.

Recovery was definitely challenging during the first week, but I always felt supported. The team closely followed my progress, checked my healing carefully, removed my drains when appropriate, and later removed my stitches. My wounds have healed beautifully, with no signs of infection, and I am extremely happy with how everything is progressing.

What I appreciated most about Dr. Tawan was that he never seemed to be trying to simply give me the biggest implant or sell me additional procedures. His priority was achieving the safest and most appropriate result for my body. That gave me enormous confidence in him.

I am still early in my recovery, but I already love the shape, especially the upper profile, and I am so excited to see the final result as the swelling settles and everything continues to heal.

I want to thank Mae, Donut and Nurse Kik again for making what could have been a stressful overseas medical journey feel so smooth and comfortable.

My nerves completely went away as soon as I was in touch with previous clients and were able to message via Messenger.
Destination Beauty’s team were amazing and Dr Eddy and the nursing staff were world class. I’ve never received the level of expertise in Australia.

If I could give less then 1 star I would. I had my initial mummy makeover in January 2025. I came back to Australia and was very happy until less then 4 months after my muscle repair had “failed” so I sent off to DB who said the surgeon reviewed and told them I needed a revision to fix the muscle failure. They told me this could be done through my belly button. Then a few weeks later my left breast started to become hard and shrink. My right one was then bottoming out. I sent photos off and the surgeon once again reviewed and said I needed a full lift again and that my implants had ruptured so would need them replaced. They charged me $2300 per surgery and I covered flights and accomodation aswell. I was happy to do this as long as everything was fixed.
In January 2026 I was meant to have 2 surgeries to correct what was wrong. On the night dr Kasemsak was meant to operate on me he was meant to see me at 8pm. He didn’t arrive till around 10pm he then spoke about my breasts and doing the lift and even drew the lines for a breast lift. He then went to leave and I asked him what about my stomach. He said oh yes and drew a circle around my belly button then left. I was wheeled into theatre around 11-11:30pm. I was awake and in my room by 2am.
When I woke up I said to my husband that my stomach wasn’t sore really and it looked the same. He said it may be swelling so I decided to give it a few days. I didn’t have the breast lift he was going to do. He cut under my breasts and took 5g of skin from each side and sewed me back up. A few days after being in the hotel I messaged DB chat and asked them if the muscle repair had been performed. They couldn’t tell me. A day later they responded again and said Dr Kasemsak had confirmed he completed my muscle repair and it was just swelling. Fast forward 9 more days and it was the day before I was leaving to fly home, I went into clinic and saw Dr K for the first time since my surgery. My husband flat out asked him why does her stomach still look like that did you do the muscle repair and he responded with “no there was nothing to repair, it’s skin” I cried and the nurses where talking to him. He changed his story to yes I put a few stitches in to reinforce. Even the nurses were mad and he was yelling at them. I came home and had ANOTHER ultrasound which confirmed there was still a 4cm gap in my muscles. It also confirmed there was nothing done to my muscles at all. Just a cut in my belly button and sewn back up. I have tried to negotiate with DB who even implied the issue was that I got fat. (5kg in a year because I was to scared to do much exercise and make it any worse) their only option was to return for a 3rd time and trust them to do what they said they would both other times. I have seen a surgeon in Australia and he has said that because of the extent of what they have done to my breasts the revision will be $33,000 and my stomach has to be completely revised because in fact you cannot fix it through my belly button. I have lip sided hips because of the lipo, my stomach muscles need to be repaired and my scar is way too high. So this will be $23,000. So iv spent $45,000 travelling to Bangkok twice to try and have this fixed and now I’m up for another $56,000 and more time off work and away from my family. Absolutely DO NOT used destination beauty
