Great home visit service, very useful as we run our business from home. Engineer, Charlie, arrived on time and sorted our issue very quickly.

At last I feel that I have found a local and reliable IT company that comes to my home, with employees who seem genuinely interested in helping us to solve potential tech.probs..

Only had to wait a few days from request for visit, and issues we had sorted out promptly.

I used Device Doctors back in July and was really happy with the service I recieved. I noticed my files were not backing up and hadn't done for a few months but been to busy to get in touch. Well, I finally did and received great support.

As per i asked what I deemed as stupid questions and graham the Tech guy answered them and didn't make me feel dumb for asking,.. As per nothing was too much trouble and is why I have no qualms in recommending Device Doctors to anyone.

On every level Device Doctors ,a local business, provided great service. Having them come to me was very helpful. They were professional very knowledgeable and gave unbiased advice. An occasional email arrived and wasn't invasive. This is the second time I've used Device Doctors and I recommend them highly

Device Doctors couldn't help my particular issue but they responded immediately and were so honest with their suggestion, I wish I could have used them. Will definitely use them for any other issues and highly recommend their service.

Helpful advice. Excellent value and very speedy service

I’ve used Device Doctors previously for repairs & decided to purchase a new laptop through them as my old hp one could not be upgraded to Windows 11. I was given good advice about which model to choose and decided on dell. My old laptop was collected & I was able to go through what was important to save & what could be deleted. The data was transferred & the new laptop was brought to me & I had an hour’s session to go through things & be fairly certain how it worked. Initially I found it a little confusing using dell & Windows 11 along with new features incorporated but am getting to grips with it. It’s so much easier to have Device Doctors to do the transfer & to know they can be called for queries. They can also safely dispose of my old laptop once I am certain the new one is all set up.

Available to help as soon as I made the call. Expert was absolutely excellent. Took away all the stress & resolved the issue in an efficient & timely manner. How nice to be able to contact a helpful person over the phone as opposed to these online chats that take so much time & usually achieve nothing.

All the team are helpful and professional. I have always had great service. They never make me feel a technical Neanderthal!

Quick and competitive pricing.

The engineer turned up on time, and was polite and courteous on arrival. He clearly explained what he would be doing to the phone and the access to he required to enable him to fit the battery. The repair was done in the time specified and we checked the functionality of the phone before he left. The reason I chose this company was due to the competitive price of the battery and also the convenience of coming to your home. I understand that the battery fitted is the same battery as Apple fit / for me, the process was far easier than driving all the way to Brighton.

Device Doctors were very helpful when I needed to change my laptop. They talked me through the options and set up the new laptop, moving over all the data I wanted to keep.
Everything was explained to me when I collect the laptop.

I have used device Doctors previously for my daughter in law. Well this week it was my turn. After months of putting up with my laptop chugging away and being slow, convinced because I had too many files, I gave in an arranged to just pop in.

Graham looked at my laptop and had an idea from what I was saying what was wrong with it. Graham explained in techy terms and also in simple terms.

What we thought would be a simple fix turned into a long process for reasons Graham couldn't understand as it should have been one drive out, copy & clone, new drive in, put information back and away I go fast laptop.

Graham remained in contact and even though this must have been doing his head in, was never frustrated with me as a customer, was upfront and honest and 48hrs later was glad my laptop was fixed, fully working faster than ever and he didn't have to see my laptop.

I cannot recommend Device Doctors enough. Great value, excellent service, exceptional customer service. I have absolutely no hesitations in recommending others for technical help, fixes to computers of phones to go and see or call Device Doctors.

He quickly got our laptop working again which had been blocked by a scam. Message alleged to have been issued by Microsoft. He also scanned it for virus threats.Excellent work
