I would highly recommend this company after taking my laptop to a couple of agents in London who wanted to take the easy route and format the hard drive after a malware and driver problem where I lost access to Windows and MS Office
Both Charlie and Grahame provided a very personal service visiting you at home . I have my computer back now all working fine

Device doctors responded promptly to my enquiry about a PC repair, gave a clear explanation of my options, made a clear evaluation of the merits of either repairing an ageing machine and the costs in doing so vs the cost to purchase a new guaranteed more modern one at a price comparable to the risky repair. I left within about an hour with full data transfer onto a new guaranteed and faster machine

I had a bad experience with some spam, and I was able to take my device into Device Doctors the next day. The service was excellent, prompt, friendly and reassuring. I can totally recommend them without hesitation.

I've used this company a couple of times now and on both occasions been very happy with the service they provide. They let you know what time they can attend and keep you updated at each stage. They are extremely professional offering good advice and are happy to answer any concerns or queries you may have. I can thoroughly recommend them, a great team.

The guys at Device Doctors went above and beyond in the repairing of my laptop. They acted speedily in identifying that the problem was in danger of causing a risk of fire with overheating. They clearly explained the potential issue, and they were correct. On completion of the rebuild, ensured all software was reinstalled and working correctly before i took it home.

Excellent service. Came to my home to fit a new battery on my MacBook. Didn't seem to charge more for this service which was far more convenient for me than dropping my MacBook off at a repair shop.

A local company doing first class repairs. They come to you, they repair in their vehicle outside your property then give your fixed device back within an hour. First class service and first class repair.

Device Doctors provided a very personalised seamless service to repair a power socket issue for an IPAD Pro.
They were very responsive and came to my residence to carry out an initial assessment. They gave a very competitive price estimate for repair, and after accepting the quotation and paying a deposit took my device away for repair.
The repair went out to an IPAD specialist who replaced the faulty component. I was informed the repair was completed, paid the remaining fee and the device was delivered to me 24 hours later by Royal Mail tracked service.
Start to finish was seemless, and communication excellent. The device comes with a 12 month warranty for the repair that was carried out.
