Counterfeit crap. I ordered an item that was nothing like what they were advertising. The website is a nightmare to navigate when trying to return something but it didn't really matter in the end. Neither the seller nor DHGate would refund my money unless I returned the product on my dime which was not going to happen as I did not want to throw away even more money on a company I don't trust. I will NEVER do business with this awful company again.

Ordered a coat for my son. It said 15 day delivery. Paid £66. The coat eventually arrived after 6 weeks. The zip was broken and the quality was extremely poor, unwearable. Followed the complaints process and eventually managed to submit video evidence after about a dozen tries. They came back saying they couldn't see anything wrong with the product and have now asked for further evidence. Avoid this company. The quality is dreadful and you won't get a refund from them.

Escribo una estrella porque toca marcarla , realmente no merecen nada , hice un pedido 34979582536 por valor de 47,91€ el día 18 de octubre el cual nunca llegó , luego de haber realizado el reclamo por aquí dijeron que lo iban a enviar el día 11 de noviembre por lo cual ya he esperado hasta el día de hoy no me han enviado un mensaje para explicarme nada, son unos estafadores, no merecen la pena, reclamo ahora mi reembolso porque ese pedido nunca llegará.

I would give zero stars if I could. This company is a total con. I purchased some boots that would not even go over my foot. I followed the returns process which is ridiculous and they kept wanting more and more information. Still no resolution and I’m out of pocket. NO NOT USE.

Item did not arrive.
I opened a dispute with DH Gate but was told that courier company had delivered it.
I was given no details for a courier company, and no details about where it was delivered.
The dispute was closed and I have paid for a jacket that I did not receive.
First and last time I will use DH Gate.

I recently purchased some shoes when they came they were totally the wrong shoes I paid £39 pounds agreed with the seller to return them for a refund went to post office cost £27 pounds to return them got a tracking number and receipt goods got to destination they are now saying there is a problem with the return not arriving tracking shows delivered the asked for further proof of posting tracking number and receipts for posting not enough through Royal Mail please don’t buy they don’t refund they just make excuses I gave them everything they asked for proof of posting tracking number postal address which they supplied tracked all the way to address in America but they don’t believe our postal service

I purchased a hiking jacket which was supposed to be waterproof with Goretex material. When it arrived it is the most cheapest made piece of rubbish not worth £5 so set about trying to get a refund. The returns page will not let you complete the information and submit it, I tried a dozen times and then decided to come out of my account and try going back in. Now when trying to access my account it blocks all access and says not allowed on this server. This is obviously a deliberate attempt to stop my request for a refund and I’m am now out of pocket for over £40 do not let this happen to you, avoid at all costs!!!

Ich habe zum 2 ten Mal mir eine superclone luxus uhr von dhgate zu schicken lassen die erste Breitling mit Box und Papieren hat mir der Zoll weggekommen aber dafür ist die AP Royal oak Automatic da und ich bin begeistert kein spaß

Die bestellung kam nie an. Hunderte von euros verloren.

Dhgate ne verifie même pas l'honnêteté des vendeurs. Ils peuvent mettre n'importe quoi sur leurs boutiques même si ils ne l'ont pas en stock. dhgate ne s'en inquiète pas de toutes façons c'est l' acheteur qui a toujours tord même en prouvant les faits. Systématiquement ils payent le vendeur, à fuir si vous ne voulez pas vous faire escroquer

A seller on the platform is illegally using photographs from my grandma’s business, Ann Balon, to sell knock-offs. It is impossible to contact DHGate to ask them to remove this seller because all their support pages return “error 404, not found”. The whole thing is a scam with no one to contact for help.

Don't go near DH Gate, just don't. Ordered something, they said it had arrived, it hadn't. I complained, they said the seller would refund, they never refunded.
It was only a few quid, as, having read reviews, I wasn't confident about DH Gate so just ordered something small to see what would happen. The reviews were not wrong. Account deleted, will never use these scammers again.

This is a platform where scammers can run their schemes successfully as DH Gate don't monitor or interfere with dodgy purchases!

If you do decide to use this website use a credit card where you can get your money back when you get scammed

No resuelve problemas. Compré un chándal de fútbol equipo europeo talla 16, me llegó con medidas talla 9 y el pantalón que tiene que ser pitillo, es súper ancha, de los que ya no sé llevan. Abres disputa con fotos demostrando las medidas que no coinciden y encima te dicen que no, aún demostrando que no corresponde. El chándal inservible porque encima de ser pequeño, está mal confeccionado. En AliExpress resuelven disputas, aquí nada de nada, no hay servicio postventa.

Happy with the things I got from the prize I paid. I am checking reviews on sellers first and only buy from the ones who have 98% happy costumers and up. Do not buy from sellers with 97% and down and you will be safe. Also check photos of received items from costumers before buying and check what kind of size you buy. Asian size is not the sams as european or american size. Asian size is 2 times smaller then American and European.

The only thing I have to complain about is that there are not refund on this platform like Ali Baba have or Ebay or Amazon or like AliExpress, Wish and Temu.

If you are not happy with your item it is your loss, they give you like 1-2 dollars in refund.

Seller says they sent my parcel sent photos of a gate ?? That was EVRI apparently dumping parcels at gates if you have one ?! I’ve lost my money as both seller and Evri say speak to each other DHgate is a joke of a mediator !!

Absolute scammers! They sellers are absolute con artist and DHgate will never give you your money back!!! They sell absolute shi*and will always go in favour of the seller! That’s why they won’t let you pay with PayPal!!
