Absolut unterirdisch!!!
Zwei Bestellungen, beide sind in die Hose gegangen.
Den angeblichen Käuferschutz eingeschaltet und keine Hilfe trotz eindeutiger Beweise.
App auf deutsch dann alles nur noch auf englisch, nur Schikane.
Lasst die Finger davon, spart Ärger, Nerven und Zeit.

They don’t solve my problem! More than a month ago I bought some shoes at dh gate and the seller took too long to answer, I told him that my package did not exist and he kept insisting, then he told me to pick it up at the office, and it was supposed to be delivered to my house and when he gave me "the tracking number" when I look for the proofs of "delivered" it is an all-black photo of Uniuni, I keep insisting that my package was not delivered and they do not give me a refund!

Si tienen un problema no lo van a solucionar. Hice una compra de un reloj que llegó que no funcionaba. Contacté con el vendedor y me dijo que debía mandarlo a portes pagados. Yo le contesté que no pagaría yo los portes, que lo pasara a recoger cuando quisiera. Esperando a que el proveedor contestara, se ve que Dh gate finalizó el plazo para la devolución. El proveedor nunca más contestó mis mensajes y dh gate se lava las manos. He contactado con ellos un montón de veces, me han hecho perder el tiempo y no han hecho nada. El proveedor sigue vendiendo y no pasa nada que me hayan mandado un reloj que no funciona. Menudo servicio.

DHgate.com's business practices are highly disappointing. Despite multiple attempts to unsubscribe, they continue to bombard my inbox with unwanted advertisements. This spammy behavior shows a complete disregard for customer preferences and privacy.

What's worse, when I've had issues with products I've purchased, DHgate consistently sided with sellers, ignoring my legitimate complaints. Their customer service is clearly biased and unhelpful.

I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before using DHgate. Their lack of respect for customers, both in communication and dispute resolution, makes them an unreliable platform.

DHgate: If you're reading this, cease your unethical email practices immediately and start taking customer concerns seriously. Your current approach is damaging your credibility and driving away customers.

l ordered something and it was supposed to arrive on September 12th. The tracking code didn't work and today I see that Ive been logged out and can't log in with the same email. Ive sent you several emails about this and you haven't replied. I want to know if l'Il receive my package.
Please give me a quick response otherwise I will have to go through a lawyer

Bestelling geplaatst in augustus en zou in augustus verzonden worden, product is nog steeds niet verzonden volgens de info. Verkoper reageert nergens op en de link van de fb pagina die hier steeds genoemd wordt hebben we ook al contact gezocht maar ook hier geen gehoor. Ik wil zsm contact over waar de bestelling blijft of hoe we ons geld terug kunnen krijgen gezien ook een restitutie aanvraag lukt niet.
Ik heb het gevoel dat je flink genaaid wordt hier.

My husband ordered 2shirts and because it came up payment failed try again two days later I noticed oncredit card that that they 2orders of the same items contacted by e mail and they had sorted it but two lots have turned up and now for almost for a week and three e mails and no response quick to take money but not to pay it back

It's not the company DHgate that's a problem, it's sometimes the independent seller,s that's a nightmare

Mi mujer se aventuró en pedir en esta pagiina q dentro d ella tiene muchísimos vendedores y presuntos estafadores
Hizo 2 pedidos una máquina de estética y unos productos para dicha máquina,el vendedor le envió números se seguimiento falsos pues no correspondían ni a nuestra dirección ni cuidad,al reclamar después d llegada la fecha de entrega le devuelven el dinero unos de los pedidos el del producto exactamente
Pero el de la máquina q es el realmente caro la paguina no se hace cargo para nada sabiendo q no llegó a su dirección y se lo pagan al vendedor y por más q reclamas te piden datos q tu no puedes dar pq la agencia ni te puedes dar datos de otra persona al cual iba dirigido el número de envío
A pesar d ello mando pruebas d q fue a otra cuidad
Y 2 meses después esta sin máquina y sin dineros y perdiendo trabajo q ya tenía agendado

It shipped my order then cancelled a duplicate that it just made up. A month long shipping. Everything fake and bad quality. Not worth it.

Podrían contestar a la disputa que lleva abierta más de una semana del pedido 32848723704? Les envié las fotografías de los tickets como me solicitaron y no han respondido a fecha de hoy.

Y otro asunto. El pedido que se ha devuelto con número 32848672535 está retenido en China. Lo he comunicado al vendedor desde hace dos semanas y no me responden.

Eigentlich hat diese Unternehmen nicht einmal einen Stern verdient!
Die Ware die angeboten wird, gibt es gar nicht und verschickt wird eine Plastiktüte mit einer nächsten leeren Tüte drin.
Hat mich nur Nerven und Zeit gekostet!!!!

6500 kr Leverans skulle kommer för 7 veckor sen. DHgate lovade 3 gånger per vecka att betala tillbaka pengar eller hitta en lösning.
7 gånger har dom även lagt fast ett datum för ett refund...resultat:
Inget leverans och ingen pengar!
DHgate skäms ni inte!?

Flaut. Jeg bestilte et par sko fra DHgate. De sier de ikke sender dem før jeg har lagt inn bestillingen. Pengene er trukket fra konto og alt. Ble ingen sko på meg…

Mitt beste tips er å holde seg unna!

Nonostante ho aperto un reclamo anche alla piattaforma DH Gate servizio reclami non ho risolto nulla . Non riesco più a comunicare con il rivenditore in quanto mi ha bloccata e il servizio clienti reclami non ha fatto NULLA! Non mandano gli articoli, però i soldi si li prendono ! Ultima mail mandata a DH Gate servizio reclami il giorno 5/08/2024 ovviamente nessuna risposta li ho scritto anche oggi però ormai i soldi sono persi ! Mai più sul questo sito!

No me ha llegado El pedido el número de envío no me pertenece la.pagina me.dice que no es el seguimiento correcto y luego que si que ta está entregado y me.presentan que está entregado en Sevilla cuando mi dirección es cordoba llamo a la.agencia de reparto y dicen que ese número de envío no me pertenece a mi y presento pruebas y la página me contesta hoy que han liberado el pago al vendedor no entiendo nada me siento estafada ya lo he puesto en manos de la.ocu

Einige Sachen bestellt. Bis auf die Schuhe kam alles sehr schnell. Auf Nachfrage wegen der Schuhe wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass diese nicht zugestellt werden konnten. Mir wurde eine Firma genannt, welche über 300 km entfernt von mir war, wo mein Paket angeblich hinterlegt worden war und ich sollte mich dort melden, damit mein Paket weiter zu mir versandt wird oder ich sollte mein Paket dort abholen. Häää? Auf Nachfrage dort haben sie nur gelacht. Seit zwei Monaten versuche ich mein Geld zurück zu bekommen. Keine Chance. Jetzt wurde mir eine Firma genannt, 30 km von mir entfernt. Eine Elektrofirma. Alle Pakete konnten bis jetzt daheim zugestellt werden. Ich rate jedem Finger weg!!!

Dopo 1 mese sono ancora qua ad aspettare questo benedetto rimborso.
