Horrendous service. Placed an order September 01, 2025 and I still have not received my daughter’s phone case. I emailed them 3 times and once through the Shop app, with no response. No updates, no information, no response and no product. I am going to call my bank to to force them to refund me. Just terrible…I would give them 0 stars if I could.

I would not recommend , it’s been over 3 weeks and my order did not arrive yet! I tried to reach out to customer support so many times, and there was no reply about my order status or a reply at all!! So unprofessional

Geen melding van geleverd product, op de website staat een paar dagen levertijd, het heeft maanden geduurd. Het beschermglaasje was kapot geleverd, gemaild tot op heden geen antwoord. Hoesje was wel mooi.

It took THREE MONTHS to ship! i tried to cancel my order four times and they just never responded to my emails or calls.

My daughter loves the case but it did not arrive during expected window of time. I did not receive any type of shipping notification. I got no response from customer service and I reached out twice by email and once on Instagram. But the case did show up after 3 weeks.

No one from support has responded to me about how I can return my case.

Terrible customer service. Shipping took 2 months. Quality of dialle cases is not good at all.

It took more than 1month to ship the product with no communication/updates. Shipping updates were not correct and was further delayed. The actually phone case does not look like it will do much to protect the phone if it is dropped.

The case did not arrive in the timeframe shared in the website (it only arrived after almost one week). The case is robust, however the image does seem printed, not high quality for the price (36€).

Terrible customer service. No communication. No response to queries. They said the product was shipping, but then it sat forever and never shipped. It finally shipped after several emailed complaints, but by then, it was too late, and I refused delivery. Be very, very careful doing business with this company.

Op 8 november 2024 een bestelling geplaatst en tot op heden (15 december) nog steeds geen hoesje ontvangen. Inmiddels heb ik al twee keer een e-mail naar de klantenservice gestuurd, op 15 en 23 november 2024, waar ik beide keren geen reactie heb ontvangen. Geen idee waar mijn bestelling is, aangezien de DHL-track & trace code alleen aangeeft "zending nog niet ontvangen of verwerkt". Ook heb ik geen idee wanneer ik mijn bestelling uiteindelijk ga ontvangen, aangezien nergens op gereageerd wordt door Dialle. Dit is de laatste keer geweest dat ik hier iets besteld heb. Service, transparantie en klantvriendelijk zijn erg ver te zoeken bij Dialle 👎🏼
