Super cute case
Super cute case! I ordered two for my nieces and one for myself, all with our initials. My nieces loved them. I’ve been getting so many compliments. Would definitely buy more.

Bestel hier niet
Wou dat ik minder dan 1 ster kon geven, maar helaas. Bestel hier nooit meer. Kleur van het hoesje klopt totaal niet met de kleur op de website. Via mail is ook toegegeven dat de kleur niet klopt en dat de foto is bewerkt, maar word 0 compensatie geboden. Retourkosten mocht ik ook alsnog zelf betalen. Duurt overigens een eeuwigheid voordat je een keer reactie krijgt, tot het punt dat er nieteens meer gereageerd word. Heb zelden zo'n beroerde klantenservice meegemaakt. Echt nooit meer.

Hi Jascenka, we hebben lang contact gehad omtrent een hoesje dat volgens jou een groene kleur had. Op de foto's was dit erg lastig te zien. We hebben je hoesje retour genomen maar zagen geen afwijking. Het hoesje is precies zoals de product foto. Daarom kunnen we geen retourkosten compenseren. We vergoeden ook geen retourkosten, onze verzendkosten zijn wel kosteloos.
Deze x niet tevreden
Vaker hoesjes besteld bij Diallecases. Normaal erg tevreden maar deze keer viel de telefoon 1x van een lage tafel en het hele hoesje brak bij de hoekjes af. Contact opgenomen via de chat maar geen reactie meer gehad helaas.

Nauwelijks contact
Een aantal keer via verschillende manieren geprobeerd contact met jullie te krijgen maar ik krijg geen respons. Via de e-mail, chatt en uiteindelijk whatsapp.
Uiteindelijk via whatsapp geholpen.
Telefoonhoesje retour gestuurd. Maar nog niks van jullie vernomen en ook nog geen terugbetaling ontvangen.

Hi Milou, we hebben zowel je email als whatsapp bericht beantwoord en je retour instructies gestuurd. Je retour is momenteel bij ons in behandeling maar we zullen er prioriteit bij zetten. Je ontvangt spoedig een mail met de bevestiging van de retour.

The quality of the products is not good at all, it's extra expensive for what it is... You can see the pixels in the print. Better to buy a 2€ case, it's the same.

Hi Laura, You bought a soft case which is printed with a satin finish. We received photos of your order but do not see any pixels on that. Also we send a free replacement because you damaged your first case which does not happen with any of our soft cases with normal use. we are very sad to hear this as we did our best to satisfy

Bestelling werd veel later bezorgd
Bestelling werd veel later bezorgd, dan was aangegeven op de website (2 weken later). Ik kreeg wel een deel van mijn bestelbedrag vergoed. Helaas zag ik bij aankomst dat mijn bestelling dropship was... ik zou hier zeker niet weer bestellen. Hoesje zit niet netjes aangesloten en is al kapot geknapt. Zeker het geld niet waard.

Voor het eerst een hoesje via Dialle aangekocht. Hun mooie designs sprak me onmiddellijk aan. Voor elk design heb je de keuze tussen drie soorten hoesjes. Ik koos een soft case. Dit hoesje is heel leuk + beschermt mijn telefoon ook goed. Het leuke aan Dialle is dat je je telefoonhoesje ook kan personaliseren. Zo kan je je eigen naam in een leuk lettertype op je hoesje plaatsen. Ik raad Dialle 100% aan! Ook hun klantenservice is top (snel + vriendelijk antwoord)

I do not recommend buying from them, the quality is very poor, definitely not worth the price. I bought it with initials and it look very cheap, the letters seem to have spilled out.

Not really sure if I recommend
Super long shipping even though on the website promised to be during next week. Waited over 5 weeks.
I was also contacted if i would like to change the image in my cover because of the bad quality. I agreed to change it but they still ended up to send the original one with low quality 🥲

I have already contacted several times regarding my order and it´s delivery so I was already fed up with their operations and didn´t wanted to contact once again.
Update -
Got my "better quality case" after a month.
Even though I was not satisfied with the process the customer service was positive the whole time.

Hi Miia, we are sorry for the longer shipping during that period we faced some unforeseen delays. We offered to send another print that we created for you, because the photo you placed on the photo case was very low quality. However, unfortunately the production team send the one you placed yourself. We have not heard anything from you that you did not receive the replacement we created for you otherwhise we defintely would have send that one still to you :) We will send you a mail to still receive the design we made for you and hope you will read it. Update: we have send the mail, looking forward to your reply.
