It took a month to deliver a gift, no communication from company. I will NEVER use your service again and will let people know how poor your service is.

I never got my package. Where is it?? Can I get a refund or a resend??

Lange leveringsdatum, geen reactie als ik een paar mails stuur, super slechte klanten service dus! Hoesje helemaal niet verwacht zoals op de site. Ik ga hier nooit meer bestellen!

Ik heb een verkeerd hoesje ontvangen. Hij past niet. Meerdere WhatsApp berichtjes en emails gestuurd, maar geen reactie. Ik hoop snel iets te horen. En dat ik het juiste hoesje krijg opgestuurd of mijn geld terug.

I ordered a navy blue phone case and it came in purple. Completely different from what I ordered. I have emailed multiple times trying to return/ send back and have heard nothing. It also took four weeks to come in the mail.

de aller slechtste bezorging die ik ooit heb meegemaakt !! ze zeiden dat het geen 1/2 weken duurde voordat het zal komen maar hij kwam 2 maanden te laat. ik had de sterkste hoes besteld en al bij de eerst dag klapte de binnenkant naar buiten toen ik hem even af deed

Cases are cute but took a month to arrive

The picture had a textured case but it was just printed on. Since I was not happy with my order I emailed asking if I could return it exchange, but no response ever came. It also took a very long time to arrive. :)

The phone case was a scam the thing was just printed on the case and it looked not professional, also it tooled to long to deliver almost 6 weeks.

The case does not look anything like in description. My daughter has been most disappointed. No back communication from the seller about it.

You will not respond to my emails, calls, or text. I have been trying to return this case and the company (dialle) refuses to give me the information to return my case. The phone case I received was definitely not worth 25$ it was cheap and not sturdy. It also was not the color that is pictured in the picture. Also the tracking did not work and when I ordered it said the phone case would arrive in 4-6 days but it arrived in 3 weeks

Hoesjes besteld. Duurde super lang 😔 eenmaal deze aan gekregen waren ze na 1 week helemaal aan het loskomen. Trekt echt op niets. Raad dit aan niemand aan. Heb contact gezocht en zelf daar reageren ze niet op heel triestig eigenlijk .

Awful. Took forever to ship. When the case did arrive it was bright purple and white instead of the advertised blue and cream. The case pops of the phone frequently and it overall sucks

Horrible quality. The photo on the case is horrible and looks incredibly cheap

phone case is perfect! i reached out multiple times to find out when it was coming in and never got an answer took a little over a month to receive my package

Bestelling gedaan, vooruit betaald, na 2 weken nog geen telefoonhoesje ontvangen. Contact gezocht via mail, contact formulier op de site en whatsapp, geen enkele reactie. Ik ben bang dat ik mijn geld kwijt ben. Dus bedenk je goed voordat je hier wat besteld!

It broke already a week after getting it. It also doesn’t have enough coverage of the phone. Very thin and not durable m.

Do not buy, i have waited over 3 weeks for them to ship my parcel and they still have not it is very clear they are an unorganised company, the lack of communication is appalling.The amount of times i have contacted them is a joke and they still refuse to communicate with me.
