I wouldn't even give it one star, I ordered a necklace on the 25th July, got confirmation of order told it would be shipped in 3-5 working days but expect 19 days for delivery, I've had nothing so I sent an email and had no reply it's now September 3rd!!! Disgusting company avoid!!

They don’t even deserve the one star I had to give to write this review please don’t waste your money. I ordered on the 30th July received a confirmation e.mail saying my order would be dispatched within 5days but could take up to 19days I’m on day 26 I have sent 3 emails asking for updates haven’t received any replies. I wrote a review on their site which has disappeared .
Lesson learnt always check on trustpilot for true reviews

Placed an order on 29th July. Received the order confirmation email then nothing. I've emailed and submitted the enquiry form off their website quoting my order number, for an update. Had no correspondence. I guess I've just wasted money.

Heart necklace with personalised beads, it’s so lovely, I love it!

The necklace eventually arrived and it looked so cheap, the necklace itself was very short and no proper end to it. My daughters purchased it for their Nan and was embarrassed by all! Not worth your money!

Ordered months ago for my daughter. Money went straight of the account. Still have not received my order. They will not contact me or message me back apart from a message saying to contact them on their support page. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. DIABOLICAL. YOU CANNOT SPEAK TO ANYONE. ILLEGAL TO TAKE MONEY AND NOT GIVE THE GOODS ..

I am extremely disappointed with the product. It is damaged in two places and the engraving is ineligible and substandard. I have contacted the company for a refund and have not had the curtesy of a reply.

Very disappointed, my necklace cost over £25 but it is made from a very cheap metal which is making my neck discolour, the names on the rings, that are on a heart, are so tiny you can’t read them

Very poor - took over a month to arrive! No one answered emails and when the necklace came the engravings were so small you couldn’t read them and they were three letter names, not multiple letters! Disappointing

Ordered 2 necklaces in March for my wife with kids names on it. They arrived but the engraving was very pale, names can be barely read. I complained, sent pictures and they told me they were sending a replacement that never arrived. They even faked an email saying that my order was changed to "to replace". But that was it.
Now it has been 2 months and I've been writing to them but just they disappeared.

Stay away from them!

Very poor quality. Names not in order I requested. Very difficult to see the names as so small.

Ordered a necklace, money left my bank account but no order confirmation email was received . Contacted the company who said they couldn’t find my order. Asked them for a refund , they needed proof that it had left my bank, sent that to them. I then received an email saying I couldn’t cancel my order as it had been dispatched. Still no order confirmation or even an order number. It is now 17 days since my first email to them. No email confirmation, no order number, no product, no response from them. Absolutely disgraceful customer service.

This lot need closed down. Ordered an item as an Xmas present in plenty of time but now waited over a month & still no sign. The last tracking update was on the 28th of December but nothing since. They dont reply to emails either!! Avoid these idiots

What a shambles !!! Stay clear of this awful company . They take your money then when you have a return due to your purchase arriving broken they are invisible . No answer to emails , telephone calls etc . Disgraceful customer service well actually there is none !!! Small claims court here I come 🤬

THe neckless cant compare with the add, the quality is very poor quality and the engraved names are almost impossible to read. I will contact the place to see if I can get my money back. Dont waste your money

Disgusting company ordered something for Christmas in November still hasn't arrived emailed the company to ask where is the order in December got a reply to say it would be 3 to 7 working days still haven't received the order emailed the company twice since and I'm just getting ignored now with no response from them, they atr happy to take your money and not produce any product don't use this company!!!!

Awful product - necklace resembled brass curtain hook in colour - cheap and trashy! I’ve seen better come out of a cracker!
