Ordered a necklace on the 30th July still waiting sent numerous emails to be told it's on its way how they can treat customers in this way then the cheek of them to send me a 30% off code stick that where the sun doesn't shine im gonna put a claim back through the bank

Ordered a necklace which took over the time to come. Was satisfied with purchase. But after 1 week it all faded. I sent photos as evidence and was promised a new necklace. Would never use them again and advise anyone else to. Ive asked for a refund to be told its on its way. Still not received anything.

Do not buy from this company. Necklace purchased with names engraved so small they were illegible so complained and promised a replacement that never turned up and now not replying to emails. Can't believe given the reviews here they are still in business.

Great product, better than I expected. Personalised necklace is absolutely gorgeous and fantastic quality for the price. Good communication. Definitely use again.

This company should be closed down immediately. Ordered necklace on 17/8 with 3-5 workings days delivery.
Still not received it after 13 days. Asked for money back and cancel order but just appear to ignore you

Ordered a heart necklace with a name, it was delivered without the engraving.
Tried contacting via email initially which was never answered, so used FB messenger, 1st messaged got a reply to send photographs, which I did, but nothing since despite several further messages (which have been read and ignored) and further emails

2 payments were taken from
my mastercard. No confirmation of order & have had no communication whatsoever. They do not reply! Do not use this company!

Jeg købte et sølv forgyldt hjerte med mine fire børnebørns navne på. Indrømmer jeg var skeptisk. Men det oversteg mine forventninger. Det var og er stadig trods daglig brug nu her 14 dage efter, stadig utrolig smuk. Prisen var fair. Firmaet leverede med okay ventetid.

I placed an order on 28th June, I still haven’t received my bracelet, they reply occasionally and say it’s in transit and I will receive it 3-5 days, I have repeatedly asked for a refund but nobody replies. Don’t use this company, their customer service is diabolical.

I ordered a name necklace on 12th July, it's been over a month, they took my money and sent me an order confirmation email and nothing since, I have emailed them asking about my order, I have messaged them on Facebook and had no replies what so ever, it us the 15th August today and still nothing

I paid for a necklace with 5 engraved beads. When I received it there was no engraving with the names. 5 plain beads. False advertising. You cannot get through to their customer service number. It is not manned by anyone. I called the overseas number it is not in service. What a hoax.

I placed an order early June 2025 and I have not received anything to date. I have also emailed the company to provide me with an update on my order or a refund and have not had any reply.
I would not recommend anyone orders from this company.

Ordered on 30/6 , arrived finally in 18/7, after emailing a few times with no reply at all . Disappointed , not silver colour as per photo more like a pewter colour the chain , the heart was bit better . Should have been advised that 5 rings look silly on the heart as one stuck the top. If not smaller circles should be used for names when more than 4 needed or asked for . The engraving is on them but very hard to see as well . The heart isn’t joined at the top wither ? . Looks very cheap really I think , wouldn’t order again . Not very happy with purchase at all .

Little disappointed with this necklace. Whilst it looks lovely and solid, the engraving on the beads is very poor and you have to look with a magnifying glass to see the names! Pointless really, so I won’t be repurchasing any items from here again

Since placing the order, I have not received any updates regarding shipping or delivery. I have also tried to get in touch but have not received any response from your team, which is disappointing.
Please understand that I need this item as soon as possible. If my order cannot be fulfilled immediately, I kindly request a full refund. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter urgently and provide a clear update.

Item arrived in a timely manor as i ordered it in plenty of time . Item Is Grey Not Silver Badly made cant see the names and the heart is not joined up , i have emailed customer service if they do not reply then i will contact my credit card company and see what they can do .

This will be my honest review for one of the best everyday jewellery purchased for myself.
I purchased the engraved drop pendant gold colour in April 2023, and have been wearing it every day since then. Its been 2 years now, and the colour is as good as new, i even wear it when i shower(too lazy to take it off) and it hasn't tarnished. Superb quality for the price. Best alternative to everyday real gold jewellery. Highly recommend
