Great product and service delivery update will be recommending to friends

I ordered a personalised necklace in rose gold and after 5 weeks the colour wore around the pendant. I emailed them about it and they were so helpful and sent out a new necklace and apologised for this happening they also insisted that this was a one off and that it wouldn’t happen again. So far the new necklace has been fine.

They responded to my inquiry in a timely manner. They were very helpful and my necklace is beautiful.

I have only received half of my order! I ordered two items, and received one of them, fairly promptly. What I have received, I am really pleased with. However, I can't seem to get them let me know where the other item is. I have entered my order number on the tracking and it doesn't give any information.

Last week I bought a necklace from a company called Diamofy. I got a quality product for less money. I am very happy to be able to buy from their online platform. I want to buy more different products from them. Thank you Diamofy.

Item as described and delivery not waiting too long

Ordered a necklace before Christmas didn't arrive was asked if I still wanted the necklace or a refund opted for a refund still not got anything

Arrived but the writing is so small, defies the point of having a necklace with your loved ones names on it if you need a magnifying glass to see them! I have emailed but no response. Very disappointed 😞

I am so disappointed and upset ! I ordered a necklace on the 16th December.I was so exited to give a gift to my sister for her birthday which has already been a month ago. I have emailed them and tried calling them and got no answer back I am honestly disappointed. Do not order order from this company it’s an actual scam!

Do not order from this company. I placed orders back in December 2024 and no communication even after numerous attempts to reach out tosomeone over the phone and email. Meta should also be cautious of such companies floating their adds on their app.

Placed an order on 17th of December! No updates whatsoever! When emailed just get an automated email back! I understand everyone is busy over Christmas but to hear nothing back , come on ! Customer service year right!!! Be interesting to see when I actually get my order

Absolute joke company. I received my order after waiting a very long time. The order was incorrect so I was told I would get a replacement which has never arrived. I waited and I waited and I waited I kept emailing them and replying to their Facebook posts. I received an email to say the replacement will be with me in the next 3-5 days. This was months ago. Still nothing.
Absolute joke. The item I received that was wrong wasn’t even good quality anyway I’d like my money back but obviously they don’t reply to the emails asking for a refund. Jokers!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Do not trust this Diamofy. I have sent an email in regards to their fraudulous operation on not deliverying my order. Without success, they responded that I explain my issue in more detail. Simply put, " I did not received my irder that I have paid Diamofy to deliver. .

Order placed on December 15th from an advert on Facebook, on December the 30th I was emailed to advise that there had been a failed delivery attempt, I can confirm that no delivery was attempted at all, on December 31st I received notification that the order had been delivered. Again I can confirm that no delivery has taken place or no attempt to deliver. This is clearly a scam and I just wish I read the reviews before I placed the order.

Absolutely terrible company AVOID AT ALL COSTS, ordered a necklace for my wife for mothers day, it arrived broken, they said they would ship a new one fast tracked, iam still waiting for this now, customer services are terrible they just keep saying its on its way, its been months, do not buy from this shoddy company, just updating this, its now january and replacement has arrived, it is aswful!!! What is shown on website is not what you recieve, its a shame you cannot post images here as id love to show what you actually recieve compared to image on website, they will also not refund me as they say its fine, seriously avoid these scammers

My necklace is beautiful

Scam company. Do not order. I placed a personalised order at the beginning of December. They still have not processed the order. No replies to any emails. No sign of order. (Before purchasing it was confirmed I would have recieved the item in plenty of time for christmas. Safe to say I have been ripped off.
This is a scam. Maybe they process one or two orders or their reviews are fake? Bur majority of people will not recieve an order.
