I ordered my necklace, two weeks later it arrived broken in the box. I emailed several times and messaged over and over again with photos. Absolutely no response. I’m so angry at their lack of customer care. So incredibly quick to take your money but the service ends there.
Thank you for finally answering my emails. I’m hoping my replacement necklace is of good quality. Eagerly awaiting its delivery.
Update, my replacement necklace has arrived and Is packaged well and perfect condition.

I placed my order 8 February and now it’s 8 march and My order never arrived. And when I contact the support they said my order it’s been delivered, but I didn’t received it

Ordered for my wife on 27th Jan now 2nd March and still yet to recieve item. Needed item for 11th Feb for my wedding gift to my wife and service I've received from company Is shambolic. There now ignoring my emails it's now the 8th March and still no item received

This is my first order with them however my package lost but they manage to send me a new one. Im so happy doing business with you guys. And i will order again not because you send me my original order but because i love the quality of the necklace. Thank you guys so much.

I made an order on 18dec.2022.and tracking shows that it has arrived to my country on 6.jan 2023 and that documents are missing. I have been sending emails to their support and it says that their mailbox is full and cannot be sent.delivery company some crap doesnt not pick up the phone. Diamofy webpage phonenumbers are NOT IN USE!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THERE!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS! Hope karma comes and bites them in the ass.

Placed an order on November 20th, and after receiving the email that mentions how long it will take for the item to be delivered, I cancelled the order immediately (within 30 minutes of the order). Their policy states that you get a full refund if you cancel within 48 hours.

I've been told that the refund has been processed and that I should get it within 5-10 day. That was on the 25th of November. It is now the 13th of January, I haven't received the refund yet.

Clearly a business that scams customers. You should avoid it if you don't want to be robbed.
