Highly recommended
I have been with this company for 6 years, I have never had a problem with them. We switched when we had a solar system installed and haven't looked back. The customer service is great and any time I have had to change something they were more than happy to help in anyway they could.

Dealt with Jenny, she was fantastic, helpful and proactive with her customer service, which is sadly lacking in most companies these days. So due to her excellent work I would recommend Diamond Energy if you need a company that cares about their customers.

Had no issues
Been with them since getting our solar installed. Our electricity company at the time were deliberately dragging their heels as it was getting near the 60 cent feed in tariff cut off date and they kept saying we were too late and didnt even try, Diamond had it signed off in 48hours
I have found them responsive when emailing

All good. Great company with excellent customer service. Company does what it says it will do when it says it will happen.
Seamless simple billing that works well.
Seems to have the interest of the customer at heart yet runs as a profitable company.
I would recommend them to any friends who have just taken up solar.

I have been with Diamond for over 5 years and there's never been an issue. The staff answer the phone quickly, they are friendly and action things right away. Highly recommend.

I have been very happy with Diamond Energy over the last 10 years. Their service is excellent and the rare times I needed to contact them their customer service was exceptional. At the same time it feels good to support green energy. I would recommend Diamond Energy to anyone!

My deal with Tindo Solar included…
My deal with Tindo Solar included Diamond Energy as provider and I can recommend them, installation of remote meter all went smoothly and I have always had friendly efficient responses to my queries. I pay my account with fortnightly payments to assist my budget, I am on an aged pension, I am very happy with their service.
