No issues
No issues. Only contact is bill receipt so maybe a suggestion is to keep in contact with your customers at least once a year by a survey or quick phone call.

Great company
Great company, talk directly to people who work for the business, never have had any problems over three house moves. No sneaky fees. We now own a home and have solar, with the feed in our bills went from $450 quarter to $50-100 credit a quarter!

May not be the cheapest out there but…
May not be the cheapest out there but they have an excellent green energy plan and have a local call centre where you can end up taking to the same operators which is incredibly refreshing - especially as they've given excellent service.

They are a great provider and hands-on…
They are a great provider and hands-on business. The FIT could be a bit (2 cents) higher than 12c per kwh which I think is currently offered.
The amount paid for the Reposit kwh during peak demand is not great in QLD. Another provider offers $80 per year which seems like it is a lot more than what I am getting on occasions then the network price is high.

Excellent Customer Service
I have been with this provider for nearly 4 years and have never had an issue. I have called customer service for various other reasons and have always been answered by a person. I can even deal with the same person every time l call of l request. I wanted to make the most of my solar panels and Diamond Energy worked with me to do this. I was able to reduce my average electricity bill by a wooping 50%. I can not recommend Diamond Energy highly enough. A special mention for the Customer Service Co-ordinator, Sally Beard, for whom nothing is top much trouble!

Diamond Energy are OK. No problems. Helpful and polite. I would of course like a better discount, based on my time with Diamond and prompt with payments etc: a reward for being a good client.
