I'm constantly frustrated when trying to understand my bill. I can't work out where or how the the different costs come from. I wonder if this complexity is a deliberate strategy to confuse consumers.
In this sense Diamond if no different from other suppliers-- hence " average".

Green power is the only way to change…
Green power is the only way to change the outcome that is inevitable. If we could all power our future electric cars with Diamond then that will further reduce our emissions. Diamond needs to do more to lobby car makers and policy makers to make these changes

Excellence and Ease
I've been with Diamond Energy for a number of years now and have just moved house and signed up again. I can't recommend Diamond highly enough. I love that when I ring, I talk to a real person who knows what she's talking about - and I don't even have to wait in a queue!
One of the reasons I chose Diamond is because it rated highly on transparency and I've found this to be the case. When I receive my bill I can see my consumption and emissions for every day. And of course I am very grateful that Diamond continues with its small scale sustainable energy projects in my community.

Really great company to deal with
Really great company to deal with. Honest, customer service oriented, competitive pricing, never any billing problems. Great discounts available. Plus I've never had a problem with my power except during storms when the whole neighbourhood is down.

Easy and very simple to get installed and running. When we miss a payment its not threatening in the reminders as its genuinely missed admin, which is nice se of online tools to remind customers.

THIS DIAMOND IS FOREVER
We have been with Diamond Energy now for many years since installing solar panels on our previous home. I connected on the advice of the installation company at the time. Since moving home, we continue to use Diamond because of their no nonsense attitude in dealing with any questions which have risen over the time. Our dealings with Diamond Energy customer service either through online connection or by phone have been always been to the highest level of our satisfaction. Customer service have always listened, recommended, assisted and followed up with any contact made. A highly recommended provider in whom we have confidence and believability.

Seriously the best service I've ever received from an electricity company ever!
Seriously the best service I've ever received from an electricity company ever! Love the fact that when you call, you get through straight away, there's no sitting on hold for ages waiting to speak to someone & no transferring the call to someone else after explaining your situation & then having to explain it all over again to the next person & the next. I literally received spreadsheets breaking down by the hour showing me what times I was using most of my energy to figure out how I could change things to save on my bill.
I won't be leaving Diamond Energy in any hurry with this kind of service!

1 star is bad & had I been able to give…
1 star is bad & had I been able to give no stars I'd have been more satisfied. I spoke with Veronica in an attempt to ascertain why my quarterly bill was over $500. This was twice the amount for the last quarter. Calculated on one person usage plus I was absent for 6 weeks over christmas & my hot water is gas heated. Veronica did not have an explanation except on further insistence she then disclosed the reading was an "ESTIMATE "because the lineman could not get good access to the meter. Really! ! Last reading seemed to be easy to do. I have included a photo of the clear access all other trades use. Then Veronica suggested I could have another reading done at my cost. So now I not only have a high "guestimate" to pay but you expect me to pay for your mistake !! I have sent photos of the access and meter box figures & I expect a much reduced account in the future.
