We are eager to support you with your electricity bills, maximise your solar and batteries, and identify if there is a pattern of higher usage, which could be responsible for this higher than expected bill. We always strive to achieve 5 star customer service. We encourage customers to reach out to us at least once a year to request a review of their usage and bills. This ensures that you are maximising the value of your solar and batteries, and are receiving the best discounts, tariff and rates for your usage behaviour.
