The best thing about dealing with DE is that I can call a number and deal with a real person immediately without having choose from lots of options and listen to all sorts of disclaimer, recording etc messages. These staff seem to be able to resolve my issue quickly and efficiently because they are knowledgeable.

Diamond Energy has been great at setting up my new account
Diamond Energy has been great at setting up my electricity account when I shifted from a big, CSG-supporting institution. It was so nice to speak to the same friendly customer service person and see them guide this transition through quickly and easily. So glad to be part of a clean, green electricity company that’s human-scale.
