I have found Diamond Energy to be the best electricity company I have dealt with at the age of 62. They are always easy to get on with and very amicable, not like most other companies that are very demanding and intrusive. I have an outstanding account with Diamond Energy and they have accepted low repayments due to my financial situation, they have never once given me a hard time and always responsive when it has come to repayments, I always pay my bills but when things have got tough they are always amicable and I would always recommend them over any other company I have ever dealt with, regards, Jennifer Parker.

Diamond Energy is without a doubt the most customer focused energy supplier I have experienced. Their representatives are open and honest, courteous and informative, without using 'smoke and mirror' tactics to woo you. I trust and believe im on the cheapest plan, and have been with Diamond now for a few yrs. I have an auto debit of $50 a week and never seem to see a bill expecting too much more money. Im very happy with service and price. 😊

Compared too $3200 by AGL,$1400 stuff ups,Diamond Energy I spruck because of the above consideration, The bills are accurate,and weve had not an issue in 4years, and thats pleasant when I receive a bill,im staying for life with them.
