They provided a good service, reliable company, good communication, always sending a replacement if your cleaner is not available. Also, you can ask for someone else if needed. All together we were satisfied with their service.

Excellent company, dependable, reliable, always finds an alternative worker should your regular one not be available. Good communication. A company you can trust.

Do not bother with this cleaning company it's useless and will leave you disappointed.

On my return, after the first clean, some rooms were not even hoovered !!! mirrors and WC's partially cleaned !!! personal items randomly misplaced, etc.
I believe this happened because she brought in 2 trainee cleaners -( which clearly need to be trained rather on their business premises - or need better coaching) - I then messaged her with the above issues clearly stating that I would like her to take my comments as feedback and not complaint, hoping to resolve it in the coming weeks.

After we agreed the weekly hours and rate, she then suddenly complained that it's just not enough to clean to our ,,standards'' and the agreed hours must be increased !?.

Monika, although very polite and chatty has not managed to retain a potential 5-10 year contract.

They only want the hours, without putting in the work.

Would not recommend.

Diamond Home Service recently installed a roof on my house and garage. They were prompt and very professional. They cleaned everything after their repairs and i was very impressed with their craftsmanship. I am currently trying to raise a formal complaint with Diamond and the person I am dealing with hasn’t provided the complaint processor another name to make the complaint to as asked. Can someone at HO please contact me so that I can catalogue the complaint for my elderly parents who have paid for a months cleaning and not received one visit. It was the Halifax Branch. Today is Thursday 22nd and no refund has yet been given so you have been misinformed Andrew. This matter is not yet resolved and the the correct bank details have been supplied several times to the branch but he has yet to action this.

Our cleaner is dependable and trustworthy. She does a nice weekly clean of our house. I booked her initially because I had an injury and needed help but I appreciated it so much that I decided to keep her. It is not a problem if we don't need her for a week if we are away.

Monica is very responsive and she works very hard to find the right person to look after your home. We are very happy with her and with our cleaners who are amazing and v reliable.

I rang the company after seeing the website and left a voicemail. Promisingly, a man rang me back.

I explained I needed a weekly domestic clean. He asked me if I had seen the website.
I said ‘Yes’.
Rather curtly he said, ‘All you need is on the website.’
I said, ‘I was wanting some more information.’
Very abruptly he said, ‘Well what is it you want to know? It’s all on the website.’
I was slightly taken aback. I said, ‘It’s not going to tell me what days are available and times and how many cleaners there are.’
Abrasively he said, ‘The important thing is payment and whether you are going to pay for it.’

I thought this was an odd thing to say and I didn’t know how to respond. (Am I meant to offer collateral, pay in advance or promise sincerely to pay?) He said, ‘I would have to come round and see the house.’
I said, ‘Okay’
Astonishingly, he abruptly said, ‘Goodbye’ and cut the call.

I’m gobsmacked. What just happened? Was he having a bad day or was he overflowing with clients and couldn’t be bothered?

I really would not recommend.

I chose to sign up as a cleaner with Diamond to fit in around my existing work commitments, and it has worked out really well for me. I work hours to suit me, and the pay is extremely competitive. With easy access to management, and quick responses it provides a happy working experience.

I work as a self employed cleaner for diamond home support in Swansea and the surrounding area - couldn’t be easier. Lovely manager who sorts out any issues without drama, fantastic clients and quite frankly the best job I’ve had. You work to suit your own needs - highly recommend them
