The company is very caring and user friendly and does its utmost to pair carers and clients appropriately. They keep in touch with all of us, providing updates on the company and it's progress. I thoroughly recommend this service.

Jackie B from Northwich is the most incompetent specimen to represent this franchise. No response to emails, impossible to contact. I'm sure many other divisions are great but Northwich is pathetic. Don't bother trying to contact me as I've found another cleaner now - and whilst more expensive, theyre RESPONSIVE!

Diamond Home Support has found us a lovely lady who cleans for us on a weekly basis. The service from Diamond Home Support is really good, emails let us know about anything important and apart from that we communicate directly with our lovely cleaning lady.
I would have no hesitation in recommending them, they offer a valuable reliable service which is also good value for money.

Kristina the lady who cleaned the kitchen is an absolute star, she never stopped and the end result is difficult to put into words everything sparkled. We have never know so much dedication to doing a job well.

Linda came met us personally to discuss our requirements. We were then matched with a great cleaner (Michelle) who arrived promptly and listened to exactly what we needed doing. The whole process was completely hassle free.

I contacted Linda of Diamond Home Support some 18 months ago as I was finding it difficult to keep my home spic & span due to a busy life. From the first time I spoke to Linda she has been professional, helpful and gone that extra mile to ensure I’m receiving the help needed. To date I have experienced excellent service with no problems whatsoever. Linda represents Diamond Home Support for the whole of Cheshire East.

We have used Diamond Home Support for over 2 years and not once have they let us down. They go above and beyond to help us, especially as we don't live locally. From looking after our lawn to letting us know when something has broken, we have felt truly looked after and cared for.

I am very happy indeed with the service I received and the lengths that Julie went to clean my house. I paid for a deep clean and she truly went the extra mile, staying for as long as it took to get the house in a good condition. It was a real burden taken off me - Julie is a real credit to your company and I can’t thank you guys enough.

I was also extremely impressed with the customer service from Tom and the speed of turnaround with the emails.

If I could give no stars I would. The initial interaction and set up was really easy and gave good impressions for the future.. however, one clean in and the service wasn’t great. Requested the cleaner didn’t return - she did. Apparently it was on me to turn her away, even though the company were meant to manage this and prevent her from coming. We were left in an awkward situation - no apology, no ownership of the issue - it was on us for letting her in!!! Requested to terminate the contract, which after much discussion happened. Flagged the unprofessionalism to HQ and Andrew. He supported the poor service, lack of professionalism and lack of ownership of the issues his franchise caused. Really disappointing considering the initial first impression. Maybe the franchise owner should have handed her work over to someone when she was on holiday with limited access to emails/WhatsApp. Then we wouldn’t have experienced such a shower!

Brian and his team, specifically Dani were brilliant, the cleaning was done to a high standard and they never let me down. I could highly recommend. Andy.

Sorry to let the second cleaner go . LAURA was always on time, did her full two hours, pleasant, her cleaning second to none, nothing too much trouble, a pleasant disposition and trustworthy, I would have loved to give the same for previous cleaners. Any employer should be proud of her. We wish her nothing but a happy fulfilled life .and a BIG thank you. Laura deserves Five stars

So we needed help with my Mother & Father's house in Burnley. Mum is a cool 88 and Dad is spritely 93. We live miles away so somehow needed to find assistance in the Burnley area to help out with the cleaning. After a quick Google search, we found Diamond Home Support, Nikki & Kirsty - What a Top Team. Nikki swiftly sorted out all the admin, guiding us through the process and Kirsty grafted her way through the house cleaning from top to bottom. Tremendous workers. It's now a couple of months since the start of the fortnightly cleaning and we are extremely pleased with the results and the way it has gone. Mum and Dad are chuffed to bits! Massive Thanks to Nikki and Kirsty. Grafters and also Great People.

We use the Cromer office to clean and service our holiday let property and have had 5* reviews from guests stating how amazing the property is and is left spotlessly clean. We constantly get good cleanliness reviews!
