It is all about the front-line staff or, more specifically, how good your cleaner is. We have Jen, who is just fabulous. Ably managed from the centre by Lynda.

The Callington and Tavistock office have always been very helpful, supplied excellent cleaners and dealt with any minor issues promptly.

we contacted diamond home support looking for a cleaner ... they were very efficient in getting us one that suited us ... we have della and she is fabulous and such a fantastic character too della does a fabulous job we have 2 dogs and she just works round them .. feel we have known her forever

There aren't enough words to express how happy I am. Diamond by name diamond by nature. Both the support and the work the cleaner does understand is outstanding. Overall its a fantastic organisation and I recommend it frequency to others.

Diamond is such a good name for this COMPANY as the service they provide is brilliant and the best I have ever experienced in 20 years. Their staff are so trustworthy, friendly and extremely thorough and nothing is too much trouble you just have to ask and it’s done.

Highly recommend the Norwich branch. Keith managed to fit us in at short notice. He did an excellent job of cleaning our house on moving out day. He had to follow behind the removal guys as they emptied each room and had to finish at a precise time.

Started off first clean was excellent , then rapidly deteriorated with a little lack of attention to detail, Yesterday was the last ever clean bathroom floor downstairs not touched ,carpet barely hoovered , showers not clean, kitchen work tops sticky . No polish or bleach not used as no smell in the house cleaning clothes still dry glass coffee table not clean , no bleach down toilets, all in all a poor show

Brilliant service. Brian was very approachable and responded promptly to any queries I had. The cleaner Chloe, was magnificent. Incredibly kind and helpful. When I was running late at times she was able to adjust for arrival time too.

I have used East Devon Diamond Homes on two occasions due to the necessity of undergoing an operation.

Sue, the owner of the company, consistently exceeds expectations by attentively listening to your requirements and accommodating your needs to the utmost degree.

Upon arrival of the cleaner, Sue proactively contacts you via phone or email to ensure that I am satisfied with the service provided.

Initially, you have to allow the cleaner some time to familiarise themselves with your home; however, I was encouraged to provide feedback to the cleaner should you have any concerns if they arise, and the cleaner was committed to address my needs as I do have high standards.

My expectations for cleanliness is high, and I appreciate a meticulous clean. Both cleaners have successfully met my requirements, leaving me feeling stress-free and I look forward to seeing the cleaner each week as my home is transformed into a pristine and sparkling environment.

My previous experiences with other companies have been very disappointing and lack genuine concern for their customers satisfaction, my experience with Sue has been exceptional, and goes above and beyond and you do not receive this type of service any where else and I am now committed to using this service in the near future as this brings me peace of mind.

Really recommend the Norwich branch of Diamond Home Support. We had some very stubborn stains on our rental property left by previous tenants that we couldn’t shift. We got Diamond Home Support to do our end of tenancy clean and they did a brilliant job on removing those tough stains.

Absolutely fantastic, Really understanding to my physical needs and made me feel so at ease. The cleaning is excellent and am looking forward to the future with Diamond home support.

I have never had to use cleaner before, but found myself in a situation why I now do. From the first point of call to the cleaners themselves this company if great. Margy who I first spoke to listened to my requirements and assured me that everything would be done to a high standard.
I had 2 cleaners who have done a fantastic job, they were polite, very professional and also happy! They put me at ease and did exactly what I wanted.

Ralph at Diamond Home Support was excellent - very responsive and organised what I needed quickly and efficiently. Sharon, who came to the house to do the deep clean, was brilliant. She was very thorough and great to have around. Would highly recommend.
