Their cleaning service for my mum has given us more quality time together and relieved the stress of household upkeep. Myself & my daughter are both disabled & therefore find certain types of housework very difficult so I contacted Diamond cleaning to find someone to come to us once a fortnight to do the things we can't. We had a few conditions especially that the person coming to us must like animals. Diamond cleaning definitely thought this through & have sent us the best ever lady. She loves dogs which we have many & is very friendly & she fits perfectly into our little family. Thanks so much Diamond Cleaning our lady is a perfect fit.

There are numerous reasons why I've given Diamond Home Support a 5 star rating. My first interaction was with Lynda who is just amazing! She's professional, thoughtful to individual circumstance and very very honest (refused to take no for an answer when I said she didn't have to credit me for a week due to last minute circumstances meaning I may miss a weeks clean)! Then of course THE CLEANERS! I can't really call them that as to me my gorgeous lady Sylvia has become like a member of the family. Exceptionally trustworthy, someone who I'm happy to leave in the house when I'm not there, but again just a wonderful caring person. Her husband or son sometimes come with her and they are just as lovely and hard working. Of course you want to hear about the cleaning aspect :-) I'm so so happy with how lovely, clean and fresh my house is after Sylvia has been. We've recently had some building work done, so some of the normal cleaning wasn't necessary, Sylvia went above and beyond to make sure that other bits around the house were done that weren't part of what I would class as her job. I can't honestly say a bad word about any of the other cleaners that have come when Sylvia is on holiday, they are all so attentive to everything they do. Do yourself a favour and get signed up with Lynda and her team, you certainly won't regret it!

Excellent service. Reliable and easy to get in touch with Lynda who arranges a regular cleaner to come and do a domestic weekly clean for us. Whenever we have a problem Lynda has been quick to respond and address the query/concern. She also arranges cover when our regular cleaner is away. We have used Diamond Home Support for 5 years now, Lynda is fantastic at finding the best cleaner to suit your needs, and responsive in communications. We had an accidental breakage in the bathroom and it was a very straightforward process to get the costs covered via Lynda and made me appreciate having gone through an agency.

I'm a grumpy old man, here in Cornwall. I had been trying to get someone to make my bed and do the housework for at least twelve months after moving into sheltered housing due to a stroke. Everyone was fully booked, but then I luckily came across Diamond. I was very surprised just how friendly thay are. I always have the same lady come, with a smile on her face. She's been coming round now quite a few months, so, thanks Tippy.
