My cleaner is punctual. No wasting time and gets on with the job. Very happy with heswrvice.

I was really disappointed by the lack of professionalism from Margy who i spoke to, and I would not recommend this company to anyone. It’s a shame, as I expected better service. I would suggest that they reconsider their staff training and standards before continuing to take on clients.

Payment Request Before Completion: We were taken aback when you requested payment prior to the completion of the job. As a customer, we expect payment to be made once the work has been thoroughly completed and inspected.

Unacceptable Cleaning Standards: After inspecting the property myself, I found that only one room had been vacuumed within the three-hour window. This does not meet the expectations set for the service, and given the time spent, the results were not satisfactory.

Smoking in the Property: Furthermore, I was alarmed to discover that your cleaner was smoking inside the property during the cleaning session. This has unfortunately resulted in a strong lingering smell of smoke throughout the house, which is highly concerning and unacceptable.

The promises sound great. Alas, don't relate into reality. 2 different cleaners in the first 2 months of signing up - reliability of both was poor with last minute cancellations. The communications with the franchisee (Lynda) were limited to a couple of emails and texts with zero apologies and inability to provide a replacement cleaner. Despite being promised great cleaners that they had on their books, the two that were allocated to me had only just signed up with them. Offered a third cleaner and have decided the unreliability makes it not worth trying again. Zero confidence. Since emailing Lynda to advise that we’re not going forward with a third cleaner, I have received no comms back - no apology or offer of a call to discuss. Clearly not worried about retaining customers or providing even basic customer service. I have no idea (bar the insurance) what the franchisee is doing for the money they receive.

Have had 3 cleans from 3 different sets of cleaners. First was good, though we paid for 5 hours and had 4.5 hours of cleaning provided. Had to request repeatedly for resolution to confirm that owing. 2nd two cleans, went down in quality. Clean #2, had to change days, with less than a days notice, this same cleaner then cancelled next week again with less than a days notice. The clean itself was brisk and the en-suite bathroom was barely touched. Clean # 3 as said above was cancelled and then I requested a substitute as the cancellation was given the evening before the cleaning again. #3 clean, en-suite bathroom pointed out needing specific cleaning that was missed last time… still not done and parts missed. Also, an oil based hardwood floor cleaning was used in the kitchen tile making it slippery after. Super confusing what I’m paying Diamond Home for, when after initial arrangement, I’ve been speaking to the cleaners about all of the above. Then, after telling Diamond I was going to look for other cleaners because managing the above was too much, I got no reply but a very passive aggressive invoice email with zero explanation. Sent Saturday at midnight. No communication since. I wouldn’t recommend them… and now wonder what I’m supposed to do with this invoice.

It was quick and easy to set up and Emma is a whizz at organising and cleaning, which is exactly what we need!

Cleaner has not turned up a couple of times and is uncontactable

Jason was given as the cleaner. I asked for a DBS checked cleaner as it was for my Dad who is 85. Jason is a brilliant cleaner, and does a first class job, as well as being friendly and very trustworthy.
Given my experience I am more than happy to recommend them.

Our Lady Cheryl is a 'Diamond' She cleans and tidys up lovely. Bathroom sparkles I am so pleased with her work. Also she has a knack of changing ornaments and showing them off to their best advantage .My curtains in the bedroom has now been given a very artistic flourish. She is an asset to your Company..

I would give zero if I can. Very poor cleaning done at my accomodation, I and my wife had to do again ourselves, after stress of parking out

Kitchen not properly cleaned, rug not well cleaned, I could have hover myself too. Wall marks not removed Storage not cleaned.

No response from agent when complaint was made.

Please do not work with this company to safe yourself stress of doing it yourself or having to pay another company to do it.

Such a great company and team! We have been using Fiona regularly for a long time and will continue for as long as possible. Her work is impeccable and thorough. She's always happy to work on different areas as requested. She's always happy and polite. The rest of the team has always been so happy to help and have even gone above and beyond at times. I would highly recommend.

I spoke with someone on the phone who seemed very nice and agreed an appointment. But no one turned up, no one contacted me, and my text and calls were ignored. Booked with another service in the end which turned out great. But poor communication before even having the services is not good, so for that reason I wouldn’t book.

Nikki of Diamond Hope Support has been very helpful in arranging a cleaner for my aged mum. Cassie, the cleaner, has been excellent and makes my mum feel at ease whilst carrying out her role.

Multiple problems from payment to cleaning and quite frankly rude. Cleaner pitches up when she feels like, only cleans what she feels like etc. Not a great fit at all. Avoid at all costs.

I am very happy with the excellent service Monica and her ladies provide. They are all very friendly and helpful and always have a smile ready - lovely to have around and they do a great job.

The service offered from this company was brilliant, from the initial contact made with Sheraz to supplying the cleaner in bury was faultless. I must say I had contacted a few others but could not get a instant response or straight answer to what I requested. Diamond were straight to the point and made clear what they offered and I must say I was well impressed 100%
