Had the southern fried chicken - absolutely delicious and had great service by my local fish man Aaron. Great value for money as you get lots of portions in a box. Definitely worth it!

Lovely salesmen
Lovely salesmen, worked hard to get a sale from someone who doesn’t normally buy at the door. Quality of the food sells itself. Mixed boxes suitable for 2 people would win the extra star, I don’t have lots of freezer space

Our local rep Tom (Tom 728) is great.
Our local rep Tom (Tom 728) is great. Always responsive, comes when we need him which as we have very busy lives means that we have to be very specific about timings. He is always friendly and our Chef (Neil) absolutely loves the quality of the products.
Sometimes availability of specific products is patchy, we understand that this can be difficult but maybe on the website the company could note when products are not available, for example we have waited several months to get Chicken Supremes.
Tom however always tries to make sure we get what we need, we have a large freezer with a wide range of Dining Solutions Direct foods. One other small gripe, more catering for dairy allergies would be good. Fortunately, having our own Chef minimises this but there are some products we would live to try but cannot due to dairy content.

Fresh fish and meat and great door service
Fresh fish and meat. To your door! We have some steak mince and ready made parcels. Always exceptional taste and whilst not cheap it is worth it to eat good ingredients.
Tom728 is our newest chap and he's as friendly, professional and helpful as Peter our late wonderful chap. Was sorry to hear of his loss but Tom has been a Great replacement.

It is very convenient for me to have…
It is very convenient for me to have fish brought to my door. I eat far more fish than I would otherwise and I often serve it to my guests. Tom728 is delightful and gets me what I like -so for instance I like skin on salmon and he provides it. Of course I pay a premium for the service and the convenience, but it's worth it. And the fish is delicious, high quality and beautifully prepared.

Been using DSD for a few years and the quality is really good. I always buy chicken breasts that are large and no added water. Salmon steaks are also large and very tasty. Tom 728 is always showing me new things and knows what I like so will recommend options. Would definitely recommend.

I have been using DSD for years.
The quality of the food is always excellent and the options varied. We have never been disappointed.
We stock up our freezer regularly especially with the fish and pies.
Currently we are supplied by Tom (Tom728). He lets us know when he is about. Let’s us pre-order and turns up when he says he will. Always friendly and polite.

Good quality, but very expensive
It was a surprise cold calling. Sales person Jack was very polite. I had a box of prawns. The quality was good. But definitely very expensive. Not sure I will be able to purchase again.

DSD experience
I have purchased produce from DSD for several years now. I have always found the food to be of premium quality and the convenience of a supply of tasty goodies in the freezer when returning from trips away or when guests appear at short notice is a boon. Our rep Tracy (893) calls regularly as suits punctuated by one offs if what I want is not on the van (even on a Sunday morning!). She always has time for a chat to put the world to rights (more likely I talk she listens) although I know she has many miles to travel. All in all an enjoyable way to do business.

Glad to have DSD back in my freezer.
I recently started purchasing again after a number of years when no one from DSD visited! So I was pleased when John (1525) called.
I enjoy the "Butchers/Restaurant quality" of most of the food, but some items I do consider to be overpriced. It can be like buying from a premium supermarket, some but not all the items are worth the extra.
John (1525) has been a friendly, reliable, helpful representative of DSD and I hope he continues to visit.

We need more Robbie’s!
I have been using DSD for the last 4 years, and was by complete accident. I had a rep knock on the door saying about the services/ frozen food they supply, by no means hard sell or cold call, just offering services that may be of use to you. For the last 3.5 years I’ve dealt with Robbie, rep 944. He’s so lovely, always enjoy a quick chat with him, he always makes a fuss of the dog too. He always times it just right with me too when I need more supplies, I buy frozen chicken breast, it’s so much better quality than your average supermarket. The amount of times Robbie swings by for me where I’ve got cut short as it were. The man needs a pay rise 😉

Great Service and Quality Product
We have had regular deliveries over a number of years now. We find the quality of the products very good and enjoy the range on offer. It's a super convenient service for us and our freezer is always well stocked ☺️
We always get great service from Robbie (944). He's super cheerful, goes the extra mile to make sure we get the products we want and fits in the deliveries to suit us. Robbie is the very definition of service with a smile!

Top Notch Quality Food
I have been purchasing products from Dining Solutions for several years. I have always had the same Rep (Tracy 893). She has never been pushy even when I have had to say no due to lack of freezer space. The products are of much higher quality than supermarkets and the price reflects this. The ease of use and presentation of food has always been top notch and the saying ‘you get what you pay for’ is relevant here. I have never had anything unsatisfactory and look forward to my next delivery. Thank you Tracy for your knowledgeable friendly service.
