Good professional service with a couple of minor hiccups in communication that was resolved quite quickly. I do feel that we had to push a little to get things done in the given time frame of our house purchase however overall a good service.

I paid almost £2,000 for the services from Direction Law. Was it worth it? No, it was not! It felt like I was the one doing most of the work. Chasing down the sellers solicitor for information about outstanding enquiries. Only ever really receiving updates from my solicitor after I complained about the standard of service. Would I recommend? It's a definite no from me! Just look at the reviews on here and this should tell you all you need to know!

I'm a First Time Buyer through the Shared Ownership Scheme and Direction Law was my solicitor throughout this process.  My experience was fantastic. Both Stephen and Jade were extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful  made the process run smoothly, answered all my questions promptly via email, phone and DL portal and communicated well with both Clarion Housing & Censeo Mortgage Broker. The system used to submit documents through Thirdfort was easy and straightforward.
Everything went like a well oiled machine with less than 2 months from the first viewing to the day of completion.  Thank you for making this important step so easy for me.

Fair service and a fair price. Direction Law was recommended to me by the housing association I was buying from and seeing as they dealt with other home buyers on the site I opted to save time and go with a firm which was likely familiar with the HA. The quote was fair compared to at least a few others I had sought, so was happy to try it. They did on a few occasions try and push the fee insurance on me which I didn't take, and saved £60. Otherwise service with the case officer was fine, compliance could be improved and seemed a bit vague at times, and there seem to be a lot of people involved for different parts of the process, which can be confusing. Otherwise service was fair, prompt, and mostly efficient. Not too much stress on my part. Everything was completed on time.

The process was really smooth and Amina has been really helpful and always gave prompt responses when I had any queries. Overall very good experience!

The customers are charged under every pretext possible.
Direction law just needs an excuse and it is ready with a fancy heading under which it is ready to apply another charge...
Though this was brought to the notice of Direction law,their explaination was that these (unjust) headings are justified.no human touch whatsoever.
