I had never heard of the Marriage Allowance before Direct Redress looked into things for me. So it was great to receive a refund from them for it! Unexpected money is always nice. Yes they charge a fee, but I wouldn't have anything if not for their efforts.
They were quick, polite and efficient and got me money, what more is there to say?

They got me a £211 tax refund, out of that they took 35% £74.06 plus an admin fee of £49 plus vat £24.61 which left me with a grand total of £63.93.

So far Direct Redress has reclaimed OVER £60K in PPI for me! Admittedly they charge 24% (Inc VAT) and I could have done all the claiming legwork myself.... But just one claim paid in June 2020 for PPI on an Egg credit card from 2003 was almost £36K!!! I really can't complain about the service they provide.

I thought I had all the PPI owed to me didn’t expect anything else but a welcome phone call this afternoon telling me I had a Cheque coming for over £10,000 to my amaze a letter and Cheque was sitting on on door mat . Direct redress have been chasing claims I didn’t know I was entitled to....today I had a surprise phone call to say I had a claim upheld and was awarded over £10,000! I haven’t done anything other than give my permission so thank you direct redress you are awesome.

I actually thought I had received all PPI that was owed to me. Direct redress asked me If i was willing to let them take a look on my behalf and so I agreed. I did Not hold out much hope.
Today they contacted me to confirm that they have successfully administrated a claim on my behalf, and will Net me a very welcome bankers draft for More than £850

Same as most people, didn't know if I had PPI, everything was so long ago so didn't bother about it. Decided to try this. Found out I had a claim and was entitled to a refund etc. This was 99.9% hassle free, didn't really have to do anything as it was all done by the staff, it was done relatively quickly and efficiently, friendly and helpful all the time. Recommend this to anyone, TRY IT and find out out.

I wanted to find out if I had PPI so I contacted Direct Redress. They told me I didn't need any account numbers or information as they could obtain whatever records the lenders still held for me.
After a couple of weeks they told me they'd found accounts with PPI - I was quite surprised as I really didn't think I'd had any and had no idea the banks had added it into my agreement!
Direct Redress helped me fill in the forms and after a few more weeks I was really happy to win some money back. I'm so glad I called Direct Redress, and the staff were so friendly and helpeful.

I was sure I didn't have PPI, so was dubious but Direct Redress offered such a smooth professional service I was impressed from the start.

Direct Redress did a great job in looking into my PPI claims. I wasn’t sure if I had been mis-sold PPI. They sent me the documentation authorising them to deal with it for me and I ended up with a nice amount reclaimed. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.
