Great customer service
Had a very good experience just recently after ordering from Dirt store. The package was returned to sender after 3 failed attempts to deliver. The courier company was very unhelpful and I was unable to collect from the depot ( Mon to Fri only!!)
Dirt store re sent the package using a different courier and I received it next day. Customer service was very helpful and informative which is lacking these days generally. Am very happy with the product and will not hesitate to use them again.

Dirt Store からの回答
Darren,
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review.
We are sorry to hear your tyre turned up not as you expected.
When packaging items to send we package securley and safely. On this occasion is seems the tyre may have been poorly handeled by the courier.
We havent had any contact you, please contact us at sales@dirtstore.co.uk. We will endeavour to resolve this.
Kind Regards
Lauren - Dirt Store
